Вршњачко насиље као безбедносни ризик у средњим школама

Abstract

Полазећи од теорије управљања безбедносним ризицима у организацији, у дисертацији се разматра вршњачко насиље као безбедносни ризик у средњим школама у Србији. Комбиновањем до сада акумулираног знања у вези са феноменом вршњачког насиља и резултата емпиријског истраживања реализованог за потребе дисертације, проверен је експланаторни потенцијал теорије управљања безбедносним ризицима у истраживању вршњачког насиља. Такође, утврђене су сличности и разлике карактеристика вршњачког насиља у средњим школама у Србији у односу на основне школе у Србији, као и школе у иностранству. Проценом организационог и безбедносног контекста средњих школа, као и мера третмана вршњачког насиља, идентификоване су карактеристике школа са вишим ризиком вршњачког насиља и размотрене оне карактеристике које се могу узети као елементи делотворног модела управљања овим безбедносним ризиком. Дисертација се састоји из теоријског и истраживачког дела. У теоријском делу су сумирана теоријска промишљања у вези са карактеристикама вршњачког насиља, школом као друштвеном организацијом, врстама безбедносних ризика у школи и теоријским оквирима за њихово изучавање. Истраживачки део се односи на методолошке поставке и анализу резултата емпиријског истраживања, које је за потребе дисертације реализовано у 19 средњих школа на подручју Београдског статистичког региона. Сходно теоријском полазишту, истраживање је обухватило процену карактеристика вршњачког насиља, организационог и безбедносног контекста школе и постојећег модела третмана. Подаци, који се односе на школску 2019/2020. годину, добијени су анкетирањем 1526 ученика од II до IV разреда, интервјуисањем 44 члана школског Тима за заштиту, посматрањем школског простора и анализом републичких прописа и нормативних аката школа.

In line with the main principles of the theory of security risk management in the organization, the dissertation discusses bullying as a security risk in secondary schools in Serbia. The explanatory potential of the theory of security risk management for researching bullying was tested by combining the accumulated knowledge on the bullying phenomenon and the results of empirical research conducted for the purposes of the dissertation. Moreover, similarities and differences of the bullying characteristics in secondary schools in Serbia were determined in comparison with primary schools in Serbia, as well as schools abroad. The assessment of the main characteristics of secondary school organizational and security context, as well as the measures for bullying treatment, enabled identification of both the characteristics of schools with a higher risk of bullying and the characteristics that can be used as elements of an effective model for managing this security risk. The dissertation consists of two parts – theoretical and research. The theoretical part summarizes the theoretical considerations related to the main characteristics of bullying, the school as a social organization, the types of security risks in the school and the theoretical framework for their research. The research part refers to the methodological settings and analysis of the results of the empirical research conducted for the purposes of the dissertation in 19 secondary schools within the Belgrade Statistical Region. Following the main principles of the theory of risk management, the research included an assessment of the characteristics of the bullying, the organizational and security context of the schools and the present bullying treatment model. The research data which refer to the 2019/2020 school year were collected by surveying 1526 students from II to IV grade, interviewing 44 members of the schools’ Teams for protection, observing the school facilities and analyzing national regulations and normative acts of the schools.
