Могућност примене концепта спорог туризма и стварања јединственог туристичког производа заснованог на ставовима локалних заједница регије Западна Србија

Abstract

Спори туризам представља облик алтернативног туризма који се залаже за искуство туриста, успоравање темпа, очување животне средине и повећање квалитетног туристичког искуства кроз повезивање туриста са дестинацијом. У раду је дат преглед литературе о спором туризму и на основу тога дефинисане су карактеристике, атрибути и димензије овог вида туризма. Приказане су природне и друштвене карактеристике истраживаног простора, и описано је тренутно стање и модел управљањa туризмом у регији Западна Србија. У методолошком делу рад приказани су инструменти, процедура и узорак истраживања, а постављене су и хипотезе рада. Хипотезе које се односе на први део истраживања везане су за ставове локалног становништва, док су хипотезе које се односе на други део истраживања везане за ставове одређеног броја представника туристичке понуде Западне Србије. Кроз резултате и дискусију, хипотезе су потврђене, делимично потврђене или оповргнуте, уз помоћ статистичких прорачуна и других метода провере, док су у закључку рада представљени научни и практични допринос теоријског и теренског истраживања, као и ограничења истраживања. У овом делу рада наведени су предлози и идеје за будућа истраживања. Такође, наведени су практични савети који имају за циљ да сугеришу и мотивишу покретање промена које могу довести до напретка развоја туризма и квалитета туристичке понуде у Западној Србији, који ће се темељити на основама спорог туризма и примерима добре праксе из иностранства.

Spori turizam predstavlja oblik alternativnog turizma koji se zalaže za iskustvo turista, usporavanje tempa, očuvanje životne sredine i povećanje kvalitetnog turističkog iskustva kroz povezivanje turista sa destinacijom. U radu je dat pregled literature o sporom turizmu i na osnovu toga definisane su karakteristike, atributi i dimenzije ovog vida turizma. Prikazane su prirodne i društvene karakteristike istraživanog prostora, i opisano je trenutno stanje i model upravljanja turizmom u regiji Zapadna Srbija. U metodološkom delu rad prikazani su instrumenti, procedura i uzorak istraživanja, a postavljene su i hipoteze rada. Hipoteze koje se odnose na prvi deo istraživanja vezane su za stavove lokalnog stanovništva, dok su hipoteze koje se odnose na drugi deo istraživanja vezane za stavove određenog broja predstavnika turističke ponude Zapadne Srbije. Kroz rezultate i diskusiju, hipoteze su potvrđene, delimično potvrđene ili opovrgnute, uz pomoć statističkih proračuna i drugih metoda provere, dok su u zaključku rada predstavljeni naučni i praktični doprinos teorijskog i terenskog istraživanja, kao i ograničenja istraživanja. U ovom delu rada navedeni su predlozi i ideje za buduća istraživanja. Takođe, navedeni su praktični saveti koji imaju za cilj da sugerišu i motivišu pokretanje promena koje mogu dovesti do napretka razvoja turizma i kvaliteta turističke ponude u Zapadnoj Srbiji, koji će se temeljiti na osnovama sporog turizma i primerima dobre prakse iz inostranstva.

Slow tourism is a form of alternative tourism that advocates for the experience of tourists, slowing down the pace, preserving the environment and increasing the quality of the tourist experience by connecting tourists with the destination. The paper provides an overview of the literature on slow tourism, and based on that, the characteristics, attributes and dimensions of this type of tourism are defined. The natural and social characteristics of the researched area are presented, and the current state and model of tourism management in the region of Western Serbia are described. In the methodological part of the paper, the instruments, procedure and sample of the research are presented, and the hypotheses of the work are also set. The hypotheses related to the first part of the research are related to the attitudes of the local population, while the hypotheses related to the second part of the research are related to the attitudes of a certain number of representatives of the tourism offer of Western Serbia. Through the results and discussion, the hypotheses were confirmed, partially confirmed or refuted, with the help of statistical calculations and other verification methods, while the conclusion of the paper presented the scientific and practical contribution of theoretical and field research, as well as the limitations of the research. In this part of the paper, suggestions and ideas for future research are listed. Also, practical tips are listed that aim to suggest and motivate the initiation of changes that can lead to the progress of tourism development and the quality of the tourist offer in Western Serbia, which will be based on the basics of slow tourism and examples of good practice from abroad.
