U disertaciji je ispitivan pojedinačan uticaj amino-kiselina cisteina, metionina i histidina, kao i njihovih mešavina u molskom odnosu Cys:Met:His/1:1:1 i Cys:Met:His/1:1:2 na rastvaranje halkopirita, pirita i kovelina...
In this thesis the influence of amino acids (cysteine, methionine, histidine) and their mixtures in mole ratios Cys:Met:His/1:1:1 and Cys:Met:His/1:1:2 on the dissolution of chalcopyrite, pyrite and covellite is investigated. Mentioned amino acids belong to the sequence of the protein rusticyanin, which is the part of the enzyme‘s system of bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans responsible for Fe (II) oxidation. This is pioneering study of the impact of amino acids in the molar ratio Cys:Met:His/1:1:2, such as it is in the sequence of rusticyanin, on the copper binding site on dissolution of sulfide minerals...
