Abstract
Cilj ove teze bio je da se ispita dobijanje novih dezinficijenasa na bazi dve vrste zeolita: prirodnog klinoptilolita i zeolita A koji predstavljaju prihvatljive sirovine sa ekološkog i ekonomskog stanovišta. Ovi zeoliti su obogaćeni katjonima Ni, Cu, Zn i Ag u različitim koncentracijama i antibakterijska aktivnost dobijenih proizvoda ispitana je u odnosu na Gram-negativne (Escherichia coli i Acinetobacter baumannii) i Grampozitivne vrste bakterije (Staphylococcus aureus)...
The aim of this thesis was to study preparation of novel disinfectants based on two types of zeolite: natural clinoptilolite and synthetic zeolite A which both present environmental as well as cost efficient materials. These zeolites were enriched with cations of Ni, Cu, Zn and Ag in different concentrations, and their antibacterial activity was investigated toward Gram-negative (Escherichia coli i Acinetobacter baumannii) and Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus)...
