Abstract
Predmet doktorske disertacije je razvoj originalne metodologije za procenu rizika u radu sa opremom pod pritiskom, bazirane na mehanici loma i uticaju ljudskih i organizacionih faktora. Novopredložena metodologija zasnovana na sistematizaciji postojećih znanja iz oblasti procesne bezbednosti, inoviranja i integracije postojećih alata i modela za procenu rizika, kao i unapređenja oblasti mehanike loma i rada sa opremom pod pritiskom generalno, rešava glavne nedostatke u predmetnim oblastima, uz odlike jednostavnosti i prilagođavanja primeni u praksi, kao i problem nedostatka sistematičnog i praktičnog pristupa oceni uticaja ljudskih i organizacionih faktora na rizik...
The goal of this doctoral dissertation is establishing of an the original methodology for risk assessment of the pressure equipment, based on fracture mechanics, and influence of human and organisational factors. The methodology was based on systemisation of existing knowledge in the fields of process safety, inovation of existing tools and models for risk assessment, improvement of general pressure equipment exploitation and fracture mechanics, and solving the main disadvantages present in these areas, their simplification and adapting to practical application, with an emphasis on solving the issues related to a lack of a systematic and practical approach to determine influence of the human and organisational factors...
