|dc.description.abstract||Production of cloting, that has good thermal comfort, today is a great challenge for many manufacturers of diferent textile structures. Engineers are faced with specialy difficulties in developing clothing for certain purposes, primarily because of the required special properties of material. Scientific research, performed in the dissertation, was performed in order to determine the correlation between the parameters of certain textile structures and a sense of clothing thermophysiological properties, which included an interdisciplinary approach, respectiverly its research at the same time in several scientific areas: fiber production technology, spinning technology, weaving technology, textile finishing with lamination and coating, textile testing and thermophysiology. Viewed simply as the correlation between feelings of comfort and the parameters of fibers, yarns, fabrics and complex strucutes of textiles and ambience conditions. The research included examination of a large number of samples, such as: cotton and polyester fibers, PES and Cotton yarns, fabrics made from a mixture of Co / PES and laminated and coated structures, whose main fabric was 100 % PES.
A large number of parameters, that affect certain properties of thermophysiological properties of comfortability woven structure, such as: physical and mechanical characteristics for fiber, yarn, raw fabrics and dyed laminated and coated fabrics and diference conditions of ambience (temperature, relative humidity and air velocity), was tested. Also, the
changes of thermophysiological properties incured during care of clothes, respectively after clothes washing and subjective perception of clothing thermo physiological properties on subjects were tested. Before testing on subjects, a prior preparation was carried out, which included the preparation of the questionnaire, finding and selection of participants. Then performed the questionnaire filling out, subjective evaluation and statistical analysis of the questionnaire. Considering that subjects could have different dielectric constant of the skin, respectively greasiness, thickness and hairiness, and that static electricity is different for greasy and dry skin, and hairy or hairless part of the skin, subjects with same skin characteristics were chosen for examinations. The same clothes worn by different persons and they had different feeling, respectively thermophysiological impact. The results showed that certain properties of fibers and yarns have more influence on the change in the values of water vapor resistance (Ret) and thermal resistance (Rct) of the textil structures. Results of subjective evaluation used to define the thermal comfort of products. The test results of some parameters are not viewed individually, but through the interconnectedness of characteristics. Comparison of the results obtained by subjective evaluation method of the clothing comfort with the results of thermo physiological properties of fabrics from which clothing were made pointed to the interconnection and matching results. Some results of the perfomed tests were used to develop a mathematical model to predict the comfort of some textile structures during use, respecively care. Implemented research enabled the definition, description and classification of the elements of the correlation between the thermo physiological properties of the garment and the parameters of textile materials applied for its productions, on the basis of which can be predicted parameters of comfort similar textile structures and use properties of products for a specific purpose, made from these textile structure.||en
