Akreditacija se smatra najstarijim i najrasprostranjenijim nezavisnim mehanizamom
spoljašnjeg ocenjivanja kvaliteta zdravstvene zaštite i sprovodi se u preko 70 zemalja širom
sveta. Glavni nosioci posla tokom akreditacije zdravstvenih ustanova su zdravstveni radnici
i od njihove motivacije i angažovanosti zavisi i uspešnost sprovedenog procesa. U skladu
sa tim, veoma je važno, pre samog započinjanja ovog procesa, ispitati kakav je njihov stav
u vezi sa akreditacijom. Pored toga, s obzirom na činjenicu da sam proces akreditacije
zahteva i ulaganje značajnih finansijskih sredstava, neophodni su konkretni dokazi u vezi
sa njenim efektom na poboljšanje kvaliteta rada zdravstvenih ustanova.
Metod: Istraživanje je sprovedeno u dve bolnice tercijernog nivoa zdravstvene zaštite, od
kojih je jedna akreditovana, a druga nije.
Studija o ispitivanju stavova zdravstvenih radnika o akreditaciji je dizajnirana kao
opservaciona studija i obuhvatila je anketiranje dve grupe ispitanika.Eksperimentalnu g...rupu
su činili zaposleni zdravstveni radnici u bolničkoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj je
sprovedena akreditacija, dok su drugu, kontrolnu grupu činili zdravstveni radnici zaposleni
u bolničkoj ustanovi u kojoj akreditacija nije sprovedena.U istraživanju je, kao instrument
za prikupljanje podataka o stavovima zdravstvenih radnika o akreditaciji, korišćen
originalan validiran upitnik, dizajniran za potrebe izrade doktorske disertacije.
Analiza pokazatelja kvaliteta je dizajnirana kao kvazi-eksperimentalno istraživanje razlikeu-
razlici između dve grupe hronološki poređanih podataka i obuhvatilo je sledeće
aktivnosti: procenu razlika u indikatorima kvaliteta između ustanova za ceo period praćenja
(faktor ustanova); procenu trenda variranja vrednosti izabranih pokazatelja kvaliteta, za
period od 2007-2015. godine (faktor godina) i procenu direktnog uticaja aktivnosti
povezanih sa akreditacijom na indikatore kvaliteta između bolnica (interakcija faktora

Accreditation is considered to be the oldest and most widespread
mechanism of independent external evaluation of health care quality and is implemented in
over 70 countries worldwide. The main execution of the process of accreditation of the
health institutions rests upon health professionals, hence, the success of the completion of
the process depends on their motivation and their effort. Accordingly, it is very important,
before starting the process itself, to find out their attitude towards accreditation. Besides,
taking into account that the process of accreditation requires the investments of significant
financial means, the solid proofs of its efficiency on the improvement of the quality of the
work of the health institutions are needed.
Methods: The study was conducted in two tertiary level hospitals, one accredited, the other
non-accredited.
Study researching the attitudes of the health professionals on accreditation has been
designed as the observational study and it included ...interviewing two groups of subjects.
Experimental group consisted of health professionals employed in the health institution
where the accreditation has been done, while the other, control group consisted of the
health professionals employed in the health institutions where the accreditation has not
been done so far. The research of the attitudes of the health professionals on the
accreditation, used the original, validated interview, designed for the needs of doctoral
thesis.
Analysis of quality indicators was designed as a quasi-experimental research of the
“Difference-in-Difference” (DiD) between two groups of chronologically arranged data and
included the following activities: assessment of the difference of quality indicators between
institutions for the entire monitored period (institution factor); assessment of the trend of
variation for values of selected quality indicators, for the 2007-2015 period (year factor)
and assessment of the direct impact of activities related to accreditation on quality
indicators between hospitals (year × institution factor interaction). Twenty-one quality
