dc.description.abstractSynhesis of bile acid amide and oxazoline derivatives, and their alkyl and alkylidene derivatives was accomplished starting from cholic acid. Also, chemical behavior of different bile acid oxo derivatives in Grignard and Wittig reaction was investigated. Biological activity  of selected synthesized compounds was evaluated.en
