U radu se proučavaju osnovne karakteristike organizacije kao i njenih struktura koje na indirektan načinu utiču na model organizacionog dizajna industrijskih sistema. U modelu je prikazana povezanost elemenata organizacionog dizajna sa karakteristikama zaposlenih i karakteristikama organizacije

Paper includes studying the basic characteristics of organization as well its structures that indirectly affect the model of organizational design of industrial systems.
