U doktorskoj disertaciji, su prikazani rezultati analize tehnoloških, ekonomskih i
ekoloških uticajnih parametara na mogućnosti razvoja integralnog hidrometalurškog
postupka selektivnog dobijanja metala iz mehanički tretiranih otpadnih štampanih ploča,
primenom konvencionalnih hidrometalurških operacija. Ispitivanje je sprovedeno
karakterizacijom polaznog granulata, ispitivanjem uticaja i optimizacijom različitih
procesnih parametara, kao i produkata dobijenih različitim postupcima tretmana.
Ispitivanja su sprovedena kroz pet faza koje su obuhvatale: termodinamičku analizu
mogućih reakcija, laboratorijske testove optimizacije i potvrdu izvodljivosti
optimizovanih procesa na pilot nivou, definisanje integralnog hidrometalurškog
postupka, tehno-ekonomsku analizu definisanog postupka i konačno predlog postupanja
se krajnjim nemetaličnim ostacima...
This doctoral dissertation, presents the results of the extensive analysis of technological,
economic and environmental parameters influencing the development of integrated
hydrometallurgical process of selective metals recovery from mechanically treated
waste printed circuit boards (WPCB), using simple hydrometallurgical operations. The
study was conducted trough characterization of WPCB granulate, investigation and
optimization of various process parameters as well as characterization of products
obtained. Tests were conducted trough five phases which included: thermodynamic
analysis of possible reactions, laboratory tests of optimization and pilot level
verification, definition of integrated hydrometallurgical process, techno-economic
analysis of the defined process and finally a proposal of treatment of final non-metallic
residue. Investigation conducted in order to optimize process parameters for selective
metals recovery, was systemized by analyzing the three groups of... metals which are
characterized by hydrometallurgical compatibility (base, solder alloy and precious
metals), and the results are presented in tabular and graphical form...
