Abstract
Elektronsko obrazovanje postalo je sastavni deo modernog društva znanja. S obzirom na to da se najvećim delom oslanja na informacione tehnologije, postavlja se pitanje kakav uticaj ima bezbednost informacija na kvalitet e- obrazovanja i kako se može unaprediti bezbednost korisnika u okruženjima za e- učenje. U doktoratu je prikazan razvoj bezbednosnog modula. Ovaj modul kreiran je sa zadatkom da deluje kao integrisani deo okruženja za e-učenje: da prati korisnikove aktivnosti, primenjuje mere zaštite i diseminira elemente bezbednosne politike. Dati su opis implementacije, kao i toka i rezultata istraživanja uticaja modula na konstrukte koji su povezani sa kvalitetom e- obrazovanja: poverenje u sistem za e-učenje i prihvaćenost tehnologija. Sam proces razvoja zasnovan je na standardima iz oblasti bezbednosti informacija (ISO) i e-obrazovanja (IEEE, IMS), a kao ulazni parametri uzeti su i kriterijumi za obezbeđenje kvaliteta. Celokupan razvoj, kao i implementacija i evaluac...ija modula sprovedeni su kroz PDCA ciklus. Tokom projektovanja modula razvijen je i holistički model bezbednosti u e-učenju, nadgrađena je standardna arhitektura za e-učenje i adaptiran model učenika. Fokus modula je na korisniku, pa je stoga IMS model učenika (IMS LIP) dopunjen strukturom koja ima za zadatakda evidentira bezbednosne parametre učenikovog ponašanja. Ovaj dopunjeni model sastavni je deo nadgrađene LTSA arhitekture, nazvane seLTSA, koja za zadatak ima da pruži okvire za unapređenje bezbednosti procesa e-obrazovanja. Ključni deo nadgradnje je upravo modul, eLearnion, koji orkestrira bezbednošću. U svrhu evaluacije modula i provere hipoteza, modifikovani su postojeći modeli poverenja i prihvatanja tehnologija. Modul je realizovan kao dodatak Moodle-a, okruženja za učenje otvorenog koda, primenom metode brzog razvoja prototipa (rapid prototyping). Zbog zahteva pojedinih funkcija za dubljom integracijom u samo okruženje, bilo je neophodno izvršiti i određene izmene jezgra Moodle-a. Modul je implementiran i testiran u sklopu e-kursa na koji su upisani učenici (studenti). Kurs je trajao tri meseca, nakon čega su učenici anketirani. Pokazano je da je primenom standarda iz oblasti bezbednosti informacija moguće kreirati modul koji svojim aktivnostima doprinosi ispunjenju kriterijuma za obezbeđenje kvaliteta. Potvrđeno je da je bezbednost jedan od najuticajnijih faktora poverenja korisnika u sistem za e-učenje. Delimično je potvrđeno da su bezbednosni elementi, formulisani kroz bezbednosni modul, značajni za prihvatanje tehnologija.

Electronic education has become an integral part of modern knowledge society. Having in mind that it mostly depends on information technology, a question is yielded on how the information security influences e-education quality and in what way the user security may be improved in learning environments. The development of security module is shown in thesis. Module is created in order to act as integral part of the e-learning environment: to monitor user's activities, apply security measures and disseminate elements of information security policy. Description of implementation is given as well as flow and results of research of module's influence on construct coupled with quality such as trust in learning environment and technology acceptance. The development process is based on standards in area of information security (ISO) and learning technologies (IEEE, IMS) and the e-learning quality criteria are taken as input. During the module design, a holistic model of security in ...e-learning was developed. Additionally, the standard e-learning architecture was upgraded and the standard learner model was adapted. Module is focused on user, therefore the IMS learner model (IMS LIP) is supplemented with structure with task of keeping security parameters of learner's behavior. This supplemented model is building block of upgraded LTSA architecture, called seLTSA, with goal of providing framework for security improvement of e-education processes. Key part of this upgrade is the very module, called eLearnion, which orchestrate with security. In favor of module evaluation and hypothesis check, the existing trust and technology acceptance models are modified. Module is made as plugin for Moodle, open source learning environment, using the rapid prototype method. Because some function required deeper integration in the very environment, certain modification of Moodle code was needed. Modul is implemented and tested inside an e-course with students enrolled. Course lasted three months and learners were surveyed afterward. It is shown that it is possible to create module whose activities contribute to fulfillment of quality assurance criteria by using information security standard. It is confirmed that security is very important factor of user trust in e-learning system. It is partly confirmed that security elements, formulated through security module, are significant for technology acceptance.
