Kvalitet života kod zavisnika od opijata na metadonskom programu

Abstract

Značaj studije je, sa analitičkog stanovišta jer pruža relevantne podatke o povezanosti karakteristika metadonskog tretmana i kvaliteta života kod različitih kategorija zavisnika od opijata. Sa praktičnog aspekta rezultati ovog istraživanja su pomogli u kreiranju prediktora percepcije kvaliteta života kako u domenu psihičkog, fizičkog, socijalnog zdravlja tako i u domenu okruženja kod različitih kategorija opijatskih zavisnika. Nivo kvaliteta života se može popraviti očuvanjem zdravog života i dobrog (opšteg) zdravlja, kao i aktiviranjem drugih činilaca koji imaju socioterapijski efekat (porodična podrška, hobiji, rad, odnosi i podrška prijatelja, drugim karakteristikama koje opisuju socijalnu integraciju zavisnika) nego ranim otpočinjanjem tretmana i obezbeđenjem kontinuiteta zaštite.

The significance of the study is the analytical standpoint because it provides relevant information about the connection between the characteristics of methadone treatment and quality of life in different categories of opiate addicts. From a practical point of view the results of this research have helped in creating predictors of perception of quality of life both in the field of mental, physical, social, health and the environment in the area in different categories of opiate addicts. The level of quality of life can be improved with the preservation of healthy living and good (overall) health, as well as the activation of other factors that have a socio-therapeutic effect (family support, hobbies, work, relationships and support of friends, other characteristics that describe the social integration of drug addicts), but early initiation of treatment and ensuring continuity of care.
