Елементи гротеске у дјелима Миодрага Булатовића, Борислава Пекића и Милорада Павића - сличности и разлике

Abstract

Рад представља осврт на гротеску у романима: Миодрага Булатовића Људи са четири прста и Gullo Gullo; романима Борислава Пекића: Како упокојити вампира, Ходочашће Арсенија Његована, Беснило, 1999 и Атлантида; и роману Милорада Павића Хазарски речник. У раду се нарочито водило рачуна да се укаже на гротескне елементе, њихово значење и функционалности које гротескно има у структури анализираних дјела. Ова теза, између осталог, треба да покаже сличности и разлике гротескне структуре у поменутим романима и да укаже на могуће литерарне везе према домаћем и страном књижевном наслеђу. Дат је и сажет преглед настанка и развоја самог појма гротеска, затим кратка историја жанра и направљен осврт на двије најважније књижевнотеоријске концепције о природи и функцији гротеске у књижевном дјелу – М. Бахтина и В. Кајзера. Учесталост гротескних мотива и њихов наглашени значај за разумијевање књижевног садржаја у дјелима ове тројице великих писаца увјерава нас да је гротеска неизоставни и незаобилазни дио савременог поетског израза. Истраживање такође обухвата попис тема којима су се писци најчешће бавили у поменутим делима, издвајамо посебно тему смрти, мотив краја свијета… На крају тезе налази се кратка библиографија радова, домаћих и страних аутора, посвећених гротесци. Рад се неминовно дотиче односа поменутих писаца према историји, религији, филозофији, умјетности, политици и књижевној традицији.

This text is a review of the grotesque in the novels of Miodrag Bulatović Ljudi sa četiri prsta and Gullo Gullo, as well as, the novels of Borislav Pekić Kako upokojiti vampira, Hodočašće Arsenija Njegovana, „Besnilo“, 1999 , Atlantida and the novel Hazarski rečnik written by Milorad Pavić. This thesis emphasizes the elements of grotesque, the meaning and the functionality it has in the structure of the analyzed novels. The thesis should, among other things, show the similarities and differencies between the grotesque structure in the mentioned novels and point out possible literary connections between domestic and foreign literary heritage. It includes a short review of the birth and development of the concept of the grotesque and a short history of this genre. It also contains the review of the two most important literarytheoretical conceptions of the nature and functionality of grotesque in the literary opus of M. Bahtin and V. Kajzer. The frequency of the grotesque motifs and their emphasized importance for the understanding of the works of these three great writers convince us that the grotesque is an indinspensable and unavoidable part of the modern poetic expression. This research also includes the index of themes the writers tended to deal with in the before mentioned novels (the motif of death, the motif of the end of the world…) At the end of the thesis there is a short bibliography of works of both domestic and foreign writers dedicated to the grotesque. Finally, the thesis unavoidably deals with the attitude of the authors towards history, religion, philosophy, art, politics, and literary tradition.
