dc.description.abstractНакон добијања независности и проглашења Србије краљевином, историјски тренутак је захтевао убрзану модернизацију друштва. У том подухвату значајан допринос дали су српски интелектуалци који су се вратили са школовања из великих европских држава. Област физичког вежбања у Краљевини Србији је такође доживела убрзан развој и неопходан континуитет, подједнако у војсци и у цивилном становништву. Војна академија је представљала место на којем је физичко вежбање развијано систематски већ од њеног оснивања (1850.) а нарочито у периоду краљевине. Рад је реализован у оквиру три основна предмета: гимнастика, борење и пливање, али и у предметима јахање и волтижовање. Од увођења редовног служења војног рока 1883. године, сви војно способни мушкарци примењивали су систематска физичка вежбања у двогодишњем периоду служења војнe обавезе. Физичка вежбања у рочној војсци Краљевине Србије најчешће се појављује под именом гимнастика. Гимнастика је припадала малој групи предмета која је упражњавана у свим фазама обуке пешадијског и артиљеријског рода. Такође, коњички и инжењерски род је имао обавезне садржаје физичког вежбања. То су најчешће били садржаји јахања у коњичком и пливања у инжињереско-понтонијерском роду. Увежбавајући елементе гимнастике, војници су усвајали различите садржаје физичког вежбања а такође су подизали и ниво својих физичких способности. Знања добијена у војним јединицама војници су преносили свесно или несвесно и на цивилно становништво. У цивилном образовном систему Краљевине Србије, садржаје физичког вежбања чинили су и елементи војне обуке. Од 1882. године, након договора министарстава просвете и војске, официри су обављали задатке наставника гимнастике у средњим школама краљевине као и у Великој школи. Позив учитеља гимнастике у средњим школама Kраљевине и у Великој школи обављало је најмање 30 српских официра. Допринос у оснивању Гимнастичке школе, у Београду 1908. године дали су и официри Краљевине Србије. У Гимнастичкој школи се образовао наставни кадар из VI гимнастике те је ова институција представљала прву претечу данашњих факултета спорта и физичког васпитања у Србији...sr
dc.description.abstractAfter achieving independence and proclamiation of Serbia as a kingdom, the historical moment required quick modernization of the society. Serbian intelectuals who finshed schooling in great Europeen countries contributed considerably in that undertaking. Physical exercise in the Kingdom of Serbia also developed rapidlly had necessary continuity, both between army members and civilians. Military Academy was the place where physical exercise was developed systematically since its foundation (1850.) and especially in the period of being a kingdom. There were 3 basic subjects-gymnastics, fighting and swimming and as a part of other subjects (horse riding ang equestrian vaulting). All men fit for military service did systematic physical exercise in the two year period of military service, since the implentation of the regular military service in 1883. Physical exercise in military service of the Kingdom of Serbia was usually called gymnastics. It belonged to a small group of subjects that was exercised in all phases of military training in infantry and artillery also, cavalry and engineering service had elements of physical exercise as compulsory. There were mostly elements of riding in cavalry and elements of swimming in engineering-pontinier service. By practising the elements of gymnastics, soldier acquired different elements of physical education and also raised the level of their abilites. The knowledge acquired in military units was transferred wittingly or not to civilians. The elements of military training were also included in the civil educational system in the Kingdom of Serbia. After the agreement between ministry of education and army, in 1882, the officires were teachers of gymnastics in secondary schools as well as in the Higher School. At least 30 Serbian officires were teachers than. The officires of the Kingdom of Serbia also contributed to the foundation of the „Gymnastic School“ in Belgrade in 1908. They educated teaching staff in gymnastics there, so this institution was the forerunner of today’s faculties of sport and physical education in Serbia...en
