dc.description.abstractU ovom radu ispitivana je mogućnost primene reaktora sa fontansko-fluidizovanim slojem i centralnom cevi za proces uklanjanja azota iz otpadne vode. U cilju primene fontansko-fluidizovanog sloja sa centralnom cevi u procesu uklanjanja azota iz otpadne vode, analiziran je uticaj fluido-mehaniĉkih parametara sistema na zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase. Istraţivanja su izvoĊena u polukoloni ukupne visine , popreĉnog preseka centralne cevi i anulusa Ispitivan je uticaj protoka teĉnosti u intervalu protoka gasa od , preĉnika staklenih sferiĉnih ĉestica i , kao i cirkulacije ĉestica kroz centralnu cev na zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase kiseonika, . Rezultati ispitivanja su pokazali da cirkulacija ĉestica kroz centralnu cev, doprinosi povećanju , kao i povećanje preĉnika ĉestica i ukupnih protoka vazduha i vode. Rezultati ispitivanja su pokazali da cirkulacija ĉestica kroz centralnu cev, doprinosi povećanju , kao i povećanje preĉnika ĉestica i ukupnih protoka vazduha i vode. U polukoloni sa centralnom cevi ispitivan je i uticaj protoka teĉnosti na rast mikroorganizama i formiranje biofilma na plastiĉnim sferiĉnim nosaĉima, odnosno efikasnost uklanjanja azota iz sintetiĉke otpadne vode pri datim fluido-mehaniĉkim uslovima u sistemu. Ulazni protok teĉnosti kroz mlaz je varirao od do , dok je ulazni protok teĉnosti kroz anulus i protok vazduha odrţavan konstantnim na i oko respektivno. Rezultati istraţivanja su pokazali da sistem sa fontansko-fluidizovanim slojem i centralnom cevi moţe biti primenjen za proces uklanjanja azota iz otpadne vode, uz dostizanje visoke efikasnosti. Sprovedena eksperimentalna istraţivanja su pokazala i da je hidrodinamika sistema jedan od kljuĉnih parametara u kontroli mikrobiološkog procesa u tretmanu otpadnih voda.sr
dc.description.abstractIn this work the possibility of using spout-fluid bed with a draft tube for removal of nitrogen compounds from wastewater was analyzed. In order to apply a spout–fluid bed reactor with a draft tube for removal of nitrogen compounds from wastewater, the influence of fluid-mechanical parameters on volumetric mass transfer coefficient was analyzed. Experiments were carried out in a high semi-column with a draft tube. The draft tube had a cross section of and the annular region of the reactor had a cross section of . The work described in this paper reports the influence of several fluid-mechanical parameters including liquid and gas flow rates, particle diameters and particle circulation on volumetric mass transfer coefficient, . The liquid flow ranged from – and gas flow ranged from to . The particles used were glass spheres with diameters of and . The experimental results have shown that particle circulation through the draft tube contributes to increase as well as the increase in the particle diameter, the gas and liquid flow rates. The influence of liquid flow through a draft tube on microorganisms growth and biofilm formation on plastic carriers in a semi-column was analyzed. The liquid inlet spout flow was varied from to , while the annulus inlet flow and air flow had constant values of and respectively. Experimental results showed that spout-fluid bed with a draft tube can be used for efficient removal of ammonium from wastewater. Also, results showed that hydrodynamic of the system is one of the main parameter to control biological wastewater treatment.en
