dc.description.abstractU okviru ove doktorske disertacije istraţivanja su išla u dva pravca. Prvi pravac je bio ispitivanje leţišta zeolita u našoj zemlji:Igroš, Zlatokop i Općište. Drugi pravac istraţivanja obuhvatio je sintezu vatrostalnog materijala na bazi veštaĉkog zeolita radi dobijanja materijala povišene termostabilnosti. Cilj ove doktorske disretacije je bio da se utvrdi moţe li se domaći zeolit koristiti za dobijanje vatrostalnog materijala povišene termostabilnosti i koje bi leţište iz Srbije najbolje odgovaralo u te svrhe. U okviru dela koji se odnosio na ispitivanje leţišta od znaĉaja je bilo ispitati sledeće karakteristike leţišta: hemijski i mineraloški sastav, geološka prospekcija, dubinsko istraţno bušenje, geomehaniĉka ispitivanja, ocena dostupnih rezervi. Sva leţišta su ispitivana za overu rezervi. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata data je odgovarajuća analiza leţišta sa posebnim osvrtom koje je leţište najbogatije prema sadrţaju klinoptilolita, koji je od znaĉaja za dalju upotrebu kao polazna sirovina za sintezu vatrostalnog materijala povišene termostabilnosti. Istraţivanja vezana za analizu leţišta su ukazala da je leţište sa dovoljnim rezervama, a ujedno i zadovoljavajućim hemijskim i mineraloškim sadrţajem za dalju eksploataciju Igroš. Mogućnost korišćenja zeolita kao polazne sirovine u cilju dobijanja kordijerita i dalje mešanje sa silicijum karbidom radi sinteze vatrostalnog materijala povišene termostabilnosti je predstavljalo drugi deo ove doktorske disertacije. Dobijeni uzorci su ispitivani korišćenjem standardne metode naglog hlaĊenja u vodi (ICS81.080 SRPSB.D8.306 i 319 ranije JUSB. D8. 306. i 319). TakoĊe, u okviru ove disertacije su korišćeni modeli za praćenje ponašanja uzorka tokom termošoka razvijeni na bazi nedestruktivnih metoda ispitivanja. Korišćene su dve metode: ultrazvuĉna metoda odreĊivanja dinamiĉkog Jungovog modula elastiĉnosti (UPVT) i metoda analize slike. Na osnovu UPVT metode je korišćeno praćenje promene brzine ultrazvuĉnih talasa radi definisanja promene stepena oštećenja uzoraka. Stepen oštećenja uzoraka, odnosno promena površine uzoraka je praćena i metodom analize slike. Rezultati dobijeni za stepen oštećenja tokom ispitivanja termostabilnosti su pretoĉeni u model koji daje procenu smanjenja ĉvstoće uzoraka na bazi stepena oštećenja odreĊenog na osnovu primenjenih metoda. Dobijeni rezultati modela su prošireni na odreĊivanje kritiĉnog broja ciklusa koji uzorak moţe da izdrţi. Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da se zeolit kao jedna od polaznih komponenti moţe koristiti za dobijanje vatrostalnog materijala povišene termostabilnosti. dc.description.abstractInvestigations in this Ph.D. thesis were devided into two directions. The first direction was investigation of domestic depositesof zeolite: Igroš, Zlatokop and Općište. The second one was investigation related to the synthesis of refractory materials based on synthetic zeolite in order to obtain samples with high thermal stability. The goal of this thesis was to determine does the domestic zolite can be used for synthesis of the refractories with high thermal stability, and which deposite would be most suitable for this purpose. In the part related to the domestic deposites it was important to investigate parameters such are: chemical and mineralogical composition, geological prospecting, deep drilling, geomechanical testing, validation of avaliable reserves. All the deposites were investigated for validation of avaliable reserves. Based on the obtained results analysis of the data was given in order to establish the best deposite with the highest level of klynoptilolite, which is most important mineral for further exploitation as basic raw materials for the synthesis of the refractory material with high thermal stability. Obtained results of deposit analysis indicate that Igroš is the deposit with the most promising reserves, as well as with good chemical and mineralogical composition. Possibilities of using zeolite as raw material in order to obtain cordierite and further mixing with silicon carbide for synthesis of refractory material with high thermal stability was the second part of this Thesis. Obtained samples were investigated using standard laboratory procedure of water quench test (ICS81.080 SRPSB.D8.306 i 319 former JUSB. D8. 306. i 319). Also, different models for determination of properties changes during thermal shock experiments based on the non destructive metods were given.Two methods were used: ultrapulse velocity testing of dynamic Young modulus of elasticity (UPVT) and image analysis. Based on the UPVT method, changes in ultrapulse velocities were used in order to determine the level of destruction of the sample. Level of the samples destruction surface degradation of the samples was monitored using image analysis, also. Obtained results for the damage levels using described approach, were used for defining the models for strength degaradation based on the damage level determined using described methods. Obtained results were used for critical number of cycles determination that samples can withstand. Obtained results pointed out that zeolite as raw material could be used in order to get refractory material with high thermal stability. Further investigation should be focused on refractory synthesis using zeolite from Igros deposites.en
