Histamin je vazoaktivni metabolit koji se u koronarnoj cirkulaciji
oslobađa tokom ishemije I nekroze miokarda. Koncentracija histamina u
krvi je u korelaciji sa veličinom infarktne zone kao i pojavljivanjem
ventrikularnih aritmija. Cilj ovog rada je da se istraži koncentracija
histamina u krvi bolesnika sa koronarnom bolešću I poremećajima srčanog
ritma. Određivanje koncentracije ovog biogenog amina u perifernoj krvi ćemo
raditi Šorovom modifikovanom fluorimetrijskom metodom, koja je precizna, osetljiva I specifična za merenje koncentracije histamina.
Ispitaćemo da li postoji razlika u vrednostima koncentracije histamina u
krvi osoba koje boluju od ishemijske bolesti srca u odnosu na zdrave
ispitanike. Takođe, ispitaćemo da li koncentracija histamina u
krvi zavisi od tipa ishemijske bolesti srca kao što su: SCAD (od eng-stable
coronary artery disease), ACS- UA (od eng- acute coronary syndrome –
Unstable Angina), ili ACSSTEMI (od eng- acute coronary syndrome – ST
Elevation Myocardial In...farction) tip. Na posletku, odredićemo da li postoji
korelacija nivoa histamina u krvi sa učestalošću i vrstom srčanih aritmija koji se
javljaju u koronarnoj bolesti. Na osnovu rezultata dobijenih iz ove
studije moći ćemo bolje da sagledamo ulogu i značaj histamina u koronarnoj
bolesti i poremećajima srčanog ritma.
Histamin is a vasoactive metabolite released in the coronary circulation during
ischemia and myocardial necrosis. The histamine concentration in the blood
correlates with the infarct zone size and the occurence of ventricular arrhythmias. The task of this study was to examine the histamine
concentration in the blood of the patients with coronary artery disease and hearth
rhythm disturbances. Shore modified fluorometric method,which is accurate, sensitive and specific for measuring of histamine concentration was used for the determination of this biogenic amine concentration in the peripheral
blood. We examined whether there were differences in the histamine concentration in blood of the patients suffering from ischemic hearth desease compared with the healthy subjects. We also examined whether the histamine concentration in the blood depended on the type of ischemic hearth desease, such as SCAD (stable coronary artery desease), ASC-UA (acute coronary syndrome – Unstable Angina), or ACS...STEMI (acute coronary syndrome – ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction) type.
Finally, it was determined whether there was a correlation between the level of
histamine in the blood with the frequency and type of cardiac arrhythmia that occurred in coronary desease. Based on the results obtained in this study
the role and significance of histamine in coronary artery desease and hearth rhythm disorders will be better understood.
