Uvod:Kvalitet života trenutno predstavlja najaktuelniji koncept savremene nauke i smatra
savladali ezofagusni glas i govor. Psihološka rehabilitacija omogućava resocijalizaciju,
povratak u porodično okruženje i društvene aktivnosti. Plod ...ove studije je i konačno
formirano Udruženje laringektomisanih pacijenata Srbije.
Ciljevi studije:1.Proceniti demografske i kliničke karakteristike laringektomisanih
bolesnika i ispitati faktore od značaja za kvalitet života laringektomisanih bolesnika;
2.Evaluirati karakteristike ezofagusnog glasa i govora i izvršiti objektivizaciju kvaliteta
uspostavljanja alarinksnog govora; 3.Proceniti osnovne psihometrijske karakteristike
upitnika EORTC QLQ –C30 i EORTC QLQ H&N 43.
Materijal i metode: Istraživanje je sprovedeno u Klinici za otorinolaringologiju i
maksilofacijalnu hirurgiju Kliničkog centra Srbije u Beogradu u periodu od 01. marta 2012.
do 01. marta 2015. godine. Ispitivanjem je obuhvaćeno 223 pacijenta kojima je zbog
verifikovanog karcinoma larinksa učinjena totalna laringektomija u Klinici za
otorinolaringologiju i maksilofacijalnu hirurgiju Kliničkog centra Srbije a fonijatrijska
rehabilitacija je sprovedena u Odseku za fonijatriju Klinike. U okviru istraživanja pacijenti
su podeljeni u dve grupe:
• Prvu grupu je predstavljalo 168 laringektomisanih pacijenata koji su prošli sve
planirane faze fonijatrijske rehabilitacije...
Introduction: Quality of life currently represents the most modern concepts of science and
it is considered the ideal of modern medicine. A holistic approach to the treatment of the
human, not only a disease, plays an important role in the realization of the concept of
health related to quality of life. In our community we do not pay adequate attention to the
quality of life of laryngectomized patients. Total laryngectomy as a mutilant operation
leads to drastic changes in life quality. A multidisciplinary rehabilitation program is
essential for the laryngectomized patients to improve their quality of life. Phoniatric
rehabilitation is the most important aspect of rehabilitation because it allows the restitution
of verbal communication. Rehabilitation team, consisting of phoniatricians, speech
therapists, psychologists and nurses, was responsible for the successful rehabilitation of
about 87% of laryngectomized patients who have mastered the esophageal voice and
speech. Psychological r...ehabilitation allows the resocialization, return to the family
environment and social activities. The yield of this study is the final establishment of the
Association of laryngectomized patients of Serbia.
Objectives of the study: 1.Evaluate the demographic and clinical characteristics of
laryngectomized patients and examine important factors for the life quality of
laryngectomized patients; 2.Evaluate characteristics of esophageal voice and speech and
perform objectification of quality established alaryngeal speech; 3.Evaluate basic
psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire EORTC QLQ - C30 and EORTC QLQ
H&N43.
Material and Methods: The study was conducted at the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology
and Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade, in the period from 1st
March 2012 to 1st March 2015. The study included 223 patients, who were verified
laryngeal cancer and underwent total laryngectomy in the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology
and Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Center of Serbia and phoniatric rehabilitation was
conducted in the Phoniatric Department. In this study the patients were divided into two
groups:
• The first group consisted of 168 laryngectomized patients who underwent all planned
phases of phoniatric rehabilitation...
