The aim of this study was to determine the effects of the implementation of the two training programs in the course of two weeks on the change in explosive strength parameters, as well as to determine whether the possible effects were caused by the vibration stimulation of muscles or whether these effects were just the results of the isometric training. The total subject sample in this research comprised 60 male subjects aged 21 ± 6 months, who were randomly divided into three groups. First experimental group (n=15) was comprised of subjects included into the specially programmed vibration training of low frequences with Flexi-bar, second experimental group (n=15) was comprised of subjects included into the specially programmed isometric training group and the third control group (n=30) was comprised of subjects who were not classified into any training program group. Subjects were tested at the beginning and in the end of the experimental program by the explosive strength evaluation tests for the upper and lower limbs. On the basis of the statistical significance it can be determined that the experimental program has partially influenced the explosive strength of the lower limbs, that is the variable time of eccentric contraction in the subjects who were included into the specially programmed vibration training. Analysis of the obtained research results shows that the application of the vibration training with Flexi-bar and the application of the isometric training do not show any statistically significant effect in the change of the other variables of the explosive strength of the upper and lower limbs, however there are changes in the mean values of the observed parameters.en
