Model portala za inteligentno upravljanje elektronskim dokumentima

Abstract

U savremenim uslovima poslovanja zahtevi za dizajn i implementaciju informacionih sistema velikih kompanija postaju sve kompleksniji. Ovakvi sistemi obuhvataju veći broj servisa, aplikacija, uloga i resursa. Istovremeno, koncepti kao što su: distribuiranost, skalabilnost, sveprisutnost, dostupnost informacija, upravljanje digitalnim identitetima, zahtevaju nove pristupe i rešenja. Problem upravljanja informacijama i dokumentima predstavlja jedan od najvažnijih pravaca istraživanja u oblasti razvoja sistema elektronskog poslovanja. Prеdmеt оvе disеrtаciје је istrаživаnjе mоgućnоsti primеnе sаvrеmеnih infоrmаciоnо - kоmunikаciоnih tеhnоlоgiја zа rаzvој mоdеlа pоrtаlа zа intеligеntnо uprаvlјаnjе еlеtkrоnskim dоkumеntimа. Rеšеnjе kоје ćе оvdе biti rаzmаtrаnо zаsnivа sе nа intеgrаciјi i ugrаdnji funkciоnаlnоsti sеrvisа аdаptаciје u sаvrеmеnе sistеmе zа uprаvlјаnjе еlеktrоnskim dоkumеntimа. Glavna hipoteza koja je razvijena i dokazana u okviru doktorske disertacije jeste da se primеnom mоdеlа intеligеntnоg veb pоrtаlа оmоgućаvа pоbоlјšаnjе uprаvlјаnjа еlеktrоnskim sаdržајimа, intеrаktivnоst kоrisnikа, njihоvu kоlаbоrаciјu, štо imа zа cilј еfikаsniјu rаzmеnu infоrmаciја nа svim hiјеrаrhiјskim nivоimа, kао i mеhаnizmе izvеštаvаnjа i mеrеnjа, pоput еlеmеnаtа pоslоvnе intеligеnciје i klјučnih indikаtоrа pеrfоrmаnsi. Osnovna uloga veb portala u ovom istraživanju ogleda se u integraciji heterogenih komponenata sistema za upravljanja dokumentima i adaptivnih servisa. Integracija se odnosi na ljudske resurse, informacije, procese i na aplikacione komponente. U eksperimentalnom delu doktorske disertacije realizovano je istraživanje usmereno ka validaciji predloženog modela za projektovanje i implementaciju portala za inteligentno upravljanje dokumentima i ka validaciji razvijenih servisa. Razvijeni veb portal je primenjen u realizaciji poslovnih procesa u Javnom preduzeću PTT saobraćaja „Srbija“. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da se primenom servisa veb portala, Doktorska disertacija: Model portala za inteligentno upravljanje elektronskim dokumentima Dragan Đokić - Fakultet organizacionih nauka V implementiranih adaptivnih mehanizama i njihovom integracijom sa sistemom za upravljanje dokumentima, postižu bolji rezultati, povećava se nivo kolaboracije, standardizacija dokumenata, unapređuju i transformišu poslovni procesi, smanjuju se troškovi elimisanjem potrebe za papirnom dokumentacijom, poboljšava efikasnost razmene dokumenata, kao i pouzdanost sistema...

Nowadays, requirements for design and implementation of information systems of large enterprises become more complex. These type of information systems include plethora of services, applications, resources and users’ roles. In addition, concepts such as: distributivity, scalability, pervasiveness, information availability, digital identity management, etc. require new approaches and solutions. Issue of information and document management is one of the most important research direction in the area of e-business system development. Subject of this dissertation is to explore possibilities of modern information and communication technology application in developing portal for intelligent document management system. Solution proposed in the dissertation is based on integration and implementation of services for adaptation in modern document management systems. Main hypothesis developed and proved in the dissertation is that implementation of intelligent web portal leverages electronic content management, users’ interactivity and collaboration. This leads to efficient exchange of information at all hierarhical levels, as well as reporting and measuring mechanisms, such as business intelligence elements and key performance indicators. Using this adaptive educational services and their integration into a portal for adaptive e-education improves performance of the educational process, enables coordination of all business processes in e-education systems, increases student satisfaction and loyalty, and provides high degree of collaboration among stakeholders in education. Basic role of web portals in this research is reflected in integration of heterogeneous e-education components and services for adaptation. Integration includes human resources, information, processes and application components In experimental part of the doctoral thesis a research was carried out in order to validate the proposed model for designing and implementation of the portal for intelligent document management.
