Минијатуре Минхенског псалтира. Иконографске одлике и литерарне основе

Abstract

Предмет проучавања докторске дисертације је ликовни програм српског псалтира који се чува у Баварскoj држaвнoj библиотеци у Минхену (Cod. Slav. 4). Минхенски псалтир припада средњовековним илустрованим псалтирима са последовањем српске рецензије и настао је у последњој четвртини XIV века за непознатог припадника владарских кругова српске средњовековне државе. Специфична тематска структура Минхенског псалтира обухвата уводне слике на тему смртности и таштине (fol. 1v–2r) и историјски пролог о настанку псалтира (fol. 2v–7r), стотину педесет и један старозаветни псалам (fol. 7v–186r) и девет библијских ода које их уобичајено прате (fol. 186v–203r), и, у последовању, параболу о милосрдном Самарјанину (fol. 203v–205r), Богородичин Акатист (fol. 205v–226r), догматик велике вечерње петог гласа У Црвеном мору (fol. 227r) и васкрсне непорочне тропаре са богородичном (fol. 228r–229v). Исцрпно иконографско истраживање 148 минијатура Минхенског псалтира и њихових литерарних основа показало је да ликовне представе псалтира представљају одраз вишевековне хришћанске егзегезе илустрованог текста и његове улоге у богослужбеним обредима српске цркве XIV века. Пажљивом организацијом појединачних листова рукописа још више је истакнут изузетно близак однос текста и слике, који представљају два различита медијума тумачења текста, који се међусобно идејно усаглашени. Значајни феномен који се појављује на страницама псалтира је иконизација ликовне представе, односно њено осамостаљивање од основних литерарних предложака. Међутим, иза феномена слике независне од текста, крије се право литургијско богатство српског кодекса, чиме се потврђује богослужбена природа рукописа у потпуности сачињеног од химнографских текстова. На концу, уметничка оригиналност ликовног програма Минхенског псалтира заснива се на аутентичном споју позносредовековне ликовне редакције илустрованих псалтира и карактеристичне стилске разноврсности која је обележила српски монументалну уметност друге половине XIV столећа.

The subject of the study of the doctoral dissertation is the artistic program of the Serbian psalter, kept in the Bavarian State Library in Munich (Cod. Slav. 4). The Munich Psalter belongs to the group of medieval illustrated psalters with following and it was created in the last quarter of the 14th century for an unknown member of the ruling circles of the Serbian medieval state. The specific thematic structure of the Munich Psalter includes introductory images on the theme of mortality and vanity (fol. 1v–2r) and a historical prologue on the origin of the psalter (fol. 2v–7r), one hundred and fifty-one Old Testament psalms (fol. 7v–186r) and nine biblical odes that usually accompany them (fol. 186v–203r), and, in the following, The parable of the Merciful Samaritan (fol. 203v–205r), the Akathist of the Mother of God (fol. 205v–226r), the dogmatic of the great vespers of the fifth voice In the Red Sea (fol. 227r) and the Resurrection Immaculate Troparion (fol. 228r–229v). An extensive iconographic research of 148 miniatures of the Munich Psalter and their literary foundations showed that the pictorial representations of the psalter are a reflection of the centuries-old Christian exegesis of the illustrated text and its role in the liturgical rites of the Serbian church of the 14th century. The careful organization of the individual leaves of the manuscript emphasizes even more the extremely close relationship between the text and the image, which represent two different mediums of text interpretation, conceptually compatible with each other. A significant phenomenon that appears on the pages of the psalter is the iconization of the visual representation, i.e. its independence from the basic literary templates. However, behind the phenomenon of an image independent of the text, the true liturgical richness of the Serbian codex is hidden, which confirms the liturgical nature of the manuscript, entirely composed of hymnographic texts. In the end, the artistic originality of the art program of the Munich Psalter is based on an authentic combination of the late medieval art redaction of illustrated psalters and the stylistic variety that characterized Serbian monumental art of the second half of the 14th century.
