Sistem monitoringa populacija jelenske divljači u Srbiji

Abstract

Postoji velika potreba da se detaljno analizira sistem monitoringa populacija jelenske divljači u Srbiji i predlože mere za njegovo unapređenje, kao i da se prikupe noviji podaci o prostornoj distribuciji i dinamici razvoja populacija jelenske divljači, i da se utvrdi uticaj novonastalih populacija na šumsku floru u područjima gde se jelenska divljač reintrodukuje (naseljava). U radu su izvršena, po prvi put kod nas, istraživanja koja se zasnivaju na raspoloživim statističkim podacima o procenjenoj brojnosti i evidentiranom korišćenju (odstrel i gubici) populacija jelenske divljači u Srbiji na nivou regiona, oblasti i opština (Obrazac LOV-11, period 2011-2019. godina). Potom, izrađene su karte prostorne distribucije jelenske divljači u Srbiji i analizirani su ostvareni rezultati u reintrodukciji jelenske divljači na području Fruške gore i Tare, uključujući analizu gazdovanja novonastalim populacijama na području istočne Srbije (lovišta NP „Đerdap“ i „Negotinska Krajina“). Podaci evidencije o izvršenim radovima i sprovedenim merama za svaku lovnu godinu u lovištima Srbije, kao i drugi podaci koje prikuplja i obrađuje Republički zavod za statistiku se publikuju u dvogodišnjoj periodici u okviru oblasti šumarstvo, što ne zadovoljava potrebe savremenog lovnog gazdovanja i održivog korišćenja populacija divljači. Sadašnji informacioni sistem Republičkog zavoda za statistiku treba da omogući svim korisnicima lovišta da direktno unose podatke u jedinstvenu bazu zavoda, kao i da se uskladi sa drugim bazama i izvorima podataka u oblasti lovstva, kao što su informacioni sistem Lovačkog saveza Srbije i nadležnog ministarstva. Na početku analiziranog perioda (proleće 2011. godine) jelenska divljač je evidentirana u Srbiji na teritoriji 22 opštine, a u proleće 2019. godine u dvostruko većem broju opština, što jasno ukazuje na značajno povećanje njene prostorne distribucije. Prema zvaničnim statističkim podacima (Obrazac LOV-11), procenjeno brojno stanje populacija jelenske divljači u proleće 2011. godine iznosi oko 4.200 jedinki, a u proleće 2019. godine iznosi oko 6.300 jedinki.

There is a great need to analyze in detail the red deer population monitoring system in Serbia and propose measures for its improvement, as well as to collect recent data on the spatial distribution and development dynamics of red deer populations, and to determine the impact of new populations on the forest flora in areas where red deer is reintroduced (settled). The research shown in this study is the first one in this country based on available statistical data on the estimated number and recorded use (culling and losses) of red deer populations in Serbia at the level of regions, districts and municipalities (Form LOV-11, period (2011 - 2019). After that, the maps of spatial distribution of red deer in Serbia were produced and the results achieved in the reintroduction of red deer in the area of Fruška gora and Tara were analyzed, including the analysis of the management of new populations in eastern Serbia (hunting grounds NP "Đerdap" and "Negotinska Krajina"). Data on records of performed works and implemented measures for each hunting year in hunting grounds in Serbia, as well as other data collected and processed by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia are published in two-year periodicals in the field of forestry, which does not meet the needs of modern hunting management and sustainable use of wildlife populations. The current information system of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia should enable all hunting ground users to directly enter data into a single database of the statistical office. In addition, it should be harmonized with other databases and data sources in the field of hunting, such as the information system of the Hunting Association of Serbia and the line ministry. At the beginning of the analyzed period (spring 2011) red deer was recorded in Serbia in 22 municipalities, and in the spring of 2019 in twice the number of municipalities, which clearly indicates a significant increase in its spatial distribution. According to the official statistical data (Form LOV-11), the estimated number of red deer populations in the spring of 2011 was about 4,200 individuals, and in the spring of 2019 about 6,300 individuals.
