Cilj doktorske disertacije bio je praćenje promena osnovnih mikrobioloških parametara u vodi za piće u letnjem i zimskom periodu i utvrđivanje uticaja sezonske promenljivosti na mikrobiološki kvalitet vode za piće u distributivnom sistemu Mačvanskog okruga, kao i iznalaženje potencijalnog modela za rešenje povećanja kvaliteta vode. Uzorci vode za piće su uzorkovani svakodnevno iz vodovodne mreže JKP „Izvor“, Vladimirci, tokom letnjeg i zimskog perioda. Uzorci su uzorkovani u kontrolnim tačkama 1 i 2, kao i u tački 3 vodovodne mreže na teritoriji grada Novog Sada. U uzorcima vode analizirani su osnovni mikrobiološki indikatori, koji su obuhvatali određivanje ukupnog broja: aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija (AMB), koliformnih bakterija, koliformnih bakterija fekalnog porekla, enterokoke fekalnog porekla, sulfitoredukujuće klostridije, Proteus spp. i Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Izvedeno je i merenje dnevne temperature vode za piće u kontrolnim tačkama pojedinačno po mernim mestima, kao i utvrđiva...nje prosečne vrednosti temperature vode za piće za letnji i zimski period. Prosečan porast temperature vode za piće u letnjem periodu u odnosu na zimski iznosio je od 3,05 do 5,67 °C u zavisnosti od posmatranih tačaka vodovodne mreže. Povećanje temperature ispitivanih uzoraka vode za piće u letnjem periodu uticalo je na veću zastupljenost uzoraka sa povećanim brojem AMB (6,49% - 9,2%), ukupnih koliformnih bakterija (0,4% - 1,11%), koliformnih bakterija fekalnog porekla (0,65%), enterokoka fekalnog porekla (0,69%) i P. aeruginosa (0,85%) u odnosu na posmatrani zimski period. Sulfitoredukujuće klostridije i Proteus vrste nisu identifikovane ni u jednoj ispitivanoj tački vodovodne mreže tokom oba perioda ispitivanja. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na prisustvo sezonske promenljivosti mikrobioloških pokazatelja analizirane vode za piće uzorkovane iz vodovodne mreže JKP „Izvor“, Vladimirci, u distributivnom sistemu Mačvanskog okruga.
The aim of this doctoral dissertation was to monitor the changes of basic microbiological parameters in drinking water in summer and winter period, and to determine the impact of seasonal variability on the microbiological quality of drinking water in the Macvan district, as well as finding a potential model for a solution to increase water quality. Drinking water samples were sampled daily from the water supply network of public company “Izvor” in Vladimirci, Macvan district, during the summer and winter period. The samples were sampled at the control points of 1 and 2, and at the point where the distribution lines of the potable water as point 3 in Novi Sad. The basic microbiological indicators were analyzed in the water samples, which included the determination of the total number of aerobic mesophilic bacteria (AMB), coliform bacteria, coliform bacteria of fecal origin, enterococci of fecal origin, sulfite-reducing clostridia, Proteus spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The measuremen...t of the daily temperature of drinking water in the control points was performed individually by water intakes, as well as the determination of the average value of the temperature of drinking water for the summer and winter period. The average increase in the temperature of drinking water in the summer period in relation to the winter period was 3.05 up to 5.67 °C, depending on the observed points of the water supply network. This increase in the temperature of the tested drinking water samples in the summer period affected the higher prevalence of samples with increased number of AMB (6.49% - 9.2%), total coliform bacteria (0.4% - 1.11%), coliform bacteria of fecal origin (0.65%), enterococci of fecal origin (0.69%) and P. aeruginosa (0.85%) in relation to the observed winter period. Sulfite-reducing clostridia and Proteus sp. were not identified at either point in the water supply network during both study periods.
