dc.description.abstractDoktorski umetnički projekat, „Analogni procesi: slikarstvo kao pluralna umetnička praksa“, bavi se istraživanjem jezika, medija i procedura slikarstva u savremenom kontekstu. Osnovna teza umetničkog istraživanja polazi od stava da je sa novim tehnološkim i informacijskim revolucijama, slikarstvo pokazalo dovoljno fleksibilnosti da u sebe inkorporira nove materijale i tehnike, da se prilagodi novim vizuelnim izazovima, kao i da preispita i redefiniše određene konstante koje su se do skoro činile neupitnim. Poseban fokus doktorskog umetničkog projekta usmeren je ka istraživanju promena tradicionalnog slikarskog jezika, medija i slikarskih metoda i procedura pod uticajem savremenih tehnologija i novih medija. Takav pristup podrazumeva istraživanje koje uvažava kompleksna ukrštanja različitih iskustava moderne, postmoderne i savremene umetničke, ali i teorijske prakse. To znači da se istraživanje sprovelo kroz transdisciplinarni pristup, da realizacija radova uključuje intermedijalni dijalog i da radovi sadrže intertekstualne reference koje se odnose na jezik i procedure drugih umetničkih medija. Praktična realizacija doktorskog umetničkog projekta predstavljena je na izložbi koja je obuhvatila osam konceptualnih celina. Da bi se akcentovale intertekstualne reference, slike su realizovane u nešto širem rasponu konvencionalnih slikarskih pravaca i poetika – od geometrijske apstrakcije do apstraktnog ekspresionizma, uključujući neretko i konkretne tekstualne inserte ili fraze, kao i aplikacije neslikarskih materijala, objekata i drugih medija u kontekstualni okvir pojedinačnih radova. Na taj način slikarski radovi često prekoračuju svoju medijsku definiciju i prelaze u prošireno medijsko polje kao sastavni delovi asamblaža, instalacije, objekta, ambijenta. Pisani deo doktorskog rada koncipiran je kao teorijska i poetička eksplikacija doktorskog umetničkog projekta. U prva tri poglavlja dat je pregled važnih teorijskih postavki koje su uticale na procedure stvaranja umetničkog doktorskog projekta i ujedno predstavljaju predloženi okvir za njegovo razumevanje, tumačenje i analizu. Četvrto poglavlje je posvećeno detaljnoj eksplikaciji izložbe i analizi pojedinačnih radova.sr
dc.description.abstractThe doctoral artistic project, "Analogue processes: painting as a plural artistic practice", deals with the research into the language, media and procedures of painting in a modern context. The basic thesis of the artistic research starts from the point that with new technological and informational revolutions, painting has shown enough flexibility to incorporate new materials and techniques, to adapt to new visual challenges, as well as to reexamine and redefine certain constants which have been deemed unquestionable until lately. This doctoral artistic project has especially focused on the research of changes in the traditional language and media of painting, as well as the methods and procedures in painting under the influence of contemporary technologies and new media. Such an approach means a research that takes into account the complex cross of different experiences in modern, postmodern and contemporary artistic and theoretic practice. This means that the research was conducted through a transdisciplinary approach, that the realization of the works includes an intermedial dialogue and that the works contain intertextual references which refer to the language and the procedures of other artistic media. The practical realization of the doctoral artistic project has been shown at an exhibit which included eight conceptual wholes. To highlight the intertextual references, the paintings have been realized in a somewhat wider range of conventional painting styles and poetics – from geometric abstraction to abstract expressionism, often including concrete textual inserts of phrases, as well as the application of non-painting materials, objects and other media into the contextual frame of individual works. This way the paintings often overstep their media definition and cross over into a wider field of media, as parts of assemblages, installations, objects or ambients. The written part of this doctoral work has a concept of a theoretical and poetical explication of the doctoral artistic project. The first three chapters give an overview of important theoretical settings that influenced the procedures for the creation of the artistic doctorial project and also represent a suggested frame for its understanding, interpretation and analysis. The fourth chapter is dedicated to a detailed explication of the exhibition and the analysis of individual works.en
