Model za merenje performansi zdravstvenih ustanova primarnog nivoa zdravstvene zaštite

Abstract

Osnovni cilj istraživanja u okviru doktorske disertacije bio je razvoj modela za merenje performansi zdravstvenih ustanova primarnog nivoa zdravstvene zaštite. Koncept performansi u zdravstvenim ustanovama i zdravstvenim uslugama predstavlja višedimenzionalni instrument koji obuhvata različite aspekte pružanja i integracije usluga. Model koji je formulisan i validiran kao rezultat ovog istraživanja uključuje dimenzije performansi koje su opisane varijablama strukture, procesa i ishoda i njihove značajne povezanosti. U okviru doktorske disertacije razvijen je model usmeren na nivo organizacije čime su izvršeni diferenciranje u odnosu na postojeće modele sa jasnim definisanjem zdravstvenih ustanova kao potencijalnih korisnika i integracija teorijskih pristupa i praktičnih alata od značaja za evaluaciju performansi zdravstvenih ustanova primarnog nivoa zdravstvene zaštite.

The main objective of research for the doctoral dissertation was to develop a model for measuring the performance of primary health care organizations. The concept of performance of health care organizations and health care services is a multidimensional instrument that includes various aspects of service delivery and integration. The model that was formulated and validated as the result of this research includes performance dimensions, which are described through structure, process, and outcome variables, and their significant correlations. The model developed in this doctoral dissertation focuses on the organizational level. This ensured differentiation from existing models, by clearly defining health care organizations as potential users, and integration of theoretical approaches and practical tools for evaluating the performance of primary health care organizations.
