Cilj ove disertacije jeste analiza stepena i prirode veze liderstva, kreativnosti i inovativnog ponašanja zaposlenih kroz testiranje predloženog teorijskog modela. Rezultati ukazuju na važnost medijatorskih efekata u vezama između transformacionog liderstva, individualne i organizacione kreativnosti, kao i inovativnog ponašanja
The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the degree and nature of the relationships between leadership, creativity and innovative behavior of employees through testing the proposed theoretical model. The results indicate the importance of mediator effects in the links between transformational leadership, individual and organizational creativity, as well as innovative behavior
