dc.description.abstract | U disertaciji je predstavljeno istraživanje mogućnosti primene tehnologija proširene realnosti na različite vrste samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema. U fokusu istraživanja postavljenje su tehnologije proširene realnosti, praćenje položaja kamere, prikaz generisanog sadržaja, dostupni razvojni alati, načini interakcija korisnika putem aplikacije proširene realnosti, kao i zadaci samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema i kako se ovi zadaci mogu poboljšati primenom postojećih mobilnih tehnologija, IoT (engl. Internet of Things) tehnologija, kao i tehnologija proširene realnosti. Kao rezultat istraživanja, predložen je novi model samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema sa podrškom proširene realnosti. Predloženi model je analiziran na reprezentativnom slučaju samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema. Za potrebe istraživanja i verifikaciju modela izvršeno je istraživanje mišljenje korisnika vezano za dizajn i način na koji aplikacija komunicira sa korisnikom. Predloženi model omogućava implementaciju novih načina korišćenja samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema kao i laku integraciju u postojeće sisteme. Predloženi model podrške proširene realnosti samouslužnim automatizovanim sistemima je opšti model i njegova velika prednost je univerzalnost i otvorenost za primenu novih mobilnih tehnologija, tehnologija interneta stvari, kao i tehnologija proširene realnosti. Takođe ima svojstvo fleksibilnosti, jer se može primeniti na različite tipove samouslužnih automatizovanih sistema. Predloženi novi model omogućava sledljivost prikupljenih podataka o samouslužnim automatizovanim sistemima. Moguće je implementirati različite algoritme obrade podataka sa ciljem otkrivanja grešaka ili potencijalnih problema u radu. Predloženi model omogućava bolji uvid u podatke, ne samo licima zaduženim za nadzor i održavanje, već i samim korisnicima koji dobijaju informacije u realnim uslovima i prezentovane na drugačiji način, što omogućava unapređenje kvaliteta pružene usluge. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The dissertation presents the research on the possibilities of applying augmented reality technologies to different types of self-service automated systems. The research focuses on augmented reality technologies, camera position tracking, display of generated content, available development tools, ways of user interaction through augmented reality applications, and tasks of self-service automated systems and how these tasks can be improved by using existing mobile technologies, IoT (Internet of Things) technology as well as augmented reality technology. As a result of the research, a new model of automated self-service systems with augmented reality support was proposed. The proposed model is analyzed on a representative case of self-service systems. For research and verification of the model, research of the user’s opinion related to the design and how communication with the user was performed. The proposed model enables the implementation of new ways of using self-service automated and easy integration into existing systems. The proposed model of augmented reality support for self-service automated systems is a general model and its great advantage is the universality and possibility of the application of new mobile technologies, Internet of Things technologies, as well as augmented reality technologies. It also has the property of flexibility because it can be applied to different types of self-service automated systems. The proposed new model enables the traceability of collected data on self-service automated systems. It is possible to implement various data processing algorithms to detect errors or potential problems in the work of the self-service automated system. The proposed model provides better insight into the data, not only to the persons in charge of supervision and maintenance but also to the users themselves who receive information in real-time and are presented in a different way, which aims for improving the quality of service provided. | en |
