Међународна трговинска логистика у функцији индустријског развоја

Abstract

Internacionalizacija nacionalnih privreda, usled rastuće uloge međunarodne trgovine i težnje zemalja za aktivnijim učešćem u međunarodnim ekonomskim tokovima, zahteva angažovanje u pronalaženju načina za efikasnijim pristupom i aktivnijom ulogom domaće industrije u globalnim lancima snabdevanja i vrednosti. Istovremeno, kontinuirani privredni rast i razvoj predstavljaju imperativ u savremenim okolnostima što iziskuje potrebu za implementacijom novih razvojnih obrazaca, pre svega u kontekstu podizanja životnog standarda stanovništva, unapređenja položaja zemalja u međunarodnom okruženju, kroz podizanje nivoa nacionalne i industrijske konkurentnosti i intenziviranje spoljnotrgovinskih tokova. U tom cilju, koncept međunarodne trgovinske logistike pruža osnov za formulisanje inovativnog modela koji fokus stavlja na logističke performanse u funkciji industrijskog razvoja zemalja. Predmet doktorske disertacije jeste utvrđivanje doprinosa logistike i njenih determinanti u razvoju industrije, kroz ispitivanje uticaja logističkih performansi na ključne makroekonomske determinante industrijskog razvoja zemalja Evropske unije i Zapadnog Balkana. U cilju testiranja istraživačkih hipoteza sprovedena je panel regresiona analiza korišćenjem fiksnih i random efekata. Rezultati ukazuju na pozitivan i statistički značajan uticaj logističkih determinanti na sve posmatrane dimenzije industrijskog razvoja, što daje validne implikacije na teorijskom i praktičnom nivou.

The internationalization of national economies due to the growing role of international trade and the desire of countries for more active participation in international economic flows requires engagement in finding ways for more efficient access and a more active role of domestic industry in global supply and value chains. At the same time, continuous economic growth and development are imperative in modern circumstances, which requires the implementation of new development patterns, especially in the context of raising living standards, improving the position of countries in the international environment, raising national and industrial competitiveness, and intensifying foreign trade flows. To this end, the concept of international trade logistics provides a basis for formulating an innovative model that focuses on logistics performance in the function of industrial development of countries. The subject of the doctoral dissertation is to determine the contribution of logistics and its determinants in the development of industry, by examining the impact of logistics performance on key macroeconomic determinants of industrial development in the European Union and the Western Balkans. In order to test the research hypotheses, a panel regression analysis was performed using fixed and random effects. The results indicate a positive and statistically significant impact of logistical determinants on all observed dimensions of the industrial development dimension, which gives valid implications on a theoretical and practical level.
