Abstract
Cilj ove doktorske disertacije je razumevanja terapijskog potencijala, toksikološkog aspekta i forenzičkih spečifičnosti odabranih psihoaktivnih supstanci i prekursora. Rezultati dobijeni viskozimetrijskim i volumetrijskim ispitivanjima i računarskim tehikama korišćeni su u karakterizaciju interakcija između ispitivanih supstanci i odabranih rastvarača, a koje su od izuzetne važnosti za transport i bioraspoloživost u organizmu.
The aim of this doctoral dissertation is to study and to understand therapeutic potential and toxicological aspects of chosen psychoactive substances through experimental measurements of density and viscosity of these compounds. The data obtained in this thesis from the volumetric and viscosimetric measurements together with computational simulations and molecular docking are also improving forensic understanding of these psychoactive compounds whose popularity continuously elevate among the consumers.
