Abstract
U okviru doktorske disertacije rađeno je istraživanje koji faktori utiču na poslovne rizike u industrijskim sistemima, kako bi se razvio integrisani model procene poslovnih rizika koji bi bio primenjiv u bilo kojem preduzeću bez obzira na delatnost i vlasničku strukturu. Postojeći modeli procene poslovnih rizika koji su do sada razvijeni i koji se primenjuju zanemarili su finansijski uticaj neželjenog događaja, kao i merenje uticaja interne kontrole na efekte procene neželjenog događaja. Model je formiran na osnovu rezultata prikupljenih metodom ankete, odnosno statističke obrade prikupljenih podataka. Statističkom analizom dobijen je integrisani model za upravljanje poslovnih rizika u industrijskim sistemima.
As part of the doctoral dissertation, research was conducted on the factors influencing business risks in industrial systems, in order to develop an integrated business risk assessment model that would be applicable in any company regardless of activity and ownership structure. Existing business risk assessment models that have been developed and applied so far have neglected the financial impact of the adverse event, as well as measuring the impact of internal control on the effects of the adverse event assessment. The model was formed based on the results collected by the survey method, ie statistical processing of the collected data. Statistical analysis provides an integrated model for business risk management in industrial systems.
