dc.description.abstract | Cilj ove doktorske disertacije je razumevanje i proučavanje organizacijemolekula vode i njihovog uticaja na fizičko-hemijska svojstva odabranih biološki aktivnih jedinjenja, kao i dobijanje novih biološki aktivnihjedinjenja u obliku jonskih tečnosti sa poboljšanom rastvroljivošću i bioraspoloživošću. Iz fizičko-hemijskih parametara vodenihrastvora biološki aktivnih jedinjenja, dobijenih upotrebom različitih eksperimentalnih tehnika, računarskih simulacija, kao i toksikoloških ispitivanja, uspostavljena je korelacija njihove strukture sa organizacijom vode oko njih, kao i metaboličkih procesa u kojima učestvuju | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of this doctoral dissertation is to understand and study the organization of water molecules and their impact on the physicochemical properties of selected biologically active compounds, as well as obtaining new biologically active compounds in the form of ionic liquids with improved solubility and bioavailability. From the physicochemical parameters of aqueous solutions of biologically active compounds, obtained by various experimental techniques, computer simulations, as well as toxicological tests, the correlation of their structure with the organization of water around them, as well as metabolic processes in which they participate. | en |
