Abstract
Doktorska disertacija “Istraživanje uslova i mogućnosti upotrebe biogoriva u funkciji energetske efikasnosti i zaštite životne sredine” urađena je kao rezultat potrebe za istraživanjem mogućnosti korištenja biogoriva u zamjeni za fosilna goriva za potrebe mobilnih i stacioniranih potrošača energije, a posebno njihov uticaj na povećanje energetske efikasnosti i poboljšanje životne sredine. Imajući u vidu činjenicu da ova oblast nije dovoljno istražena, osnovni cilj istraživanja bio je da se objasni značaj primjene metode odlučivanja koje treba preduzeti radi unapređenja upotrebe biogoriva u sektoru saobraćaja sa namerom smanjenja emisije CO2 Disertacija, pored teorijske dimenzije, prezentuje proračun emisije gasova iz mobilnih i stacioniranih potrošača energije na teritoriji Republike Srpske i BiH, kao i mjere energetske efikasnosti koje će uticati na uštedu goriva, smanjenje emisija ovih gasova i poboljšanje životne sredine. Korištene su metode IPCC i EMEP/CORINAIR za čiji proračun su ...analizirani ulazni podaci o potrošnji i procjeni energetskih potreba u sektoru saobraćaja u Republici Srpskoj i BiH do 2030. godine i njihov uticaj životnu sredinu. u Republici Srpskoj i BiH. Pored toga, potrebno je analizirati potrošnju goriva u energetskom sektoru, potencjale za proizvodnju biogoriva i njihov uticaj kao pogonskog goriva na životnu sredinu, te napraviti proračun emisije gasova koji negativno utiču na životnu sredinu korištenjem biogoriva i mjerama energetske efikasnosti u odnosu na fosilna goriva.

A Doctoral Dissertation „Research of Requirements and Possibilities of Use of Biofuels as a Function of Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection” was made as a result of the needs to explore the possibility of using biofuels as replacement of fossil fuels used for mobile and stationary energy users, especially their impact on increasing energy efficiency and environmental improvement. Providing the fact that this area is not enough investigated, the main aim of the research was to explain the importance of the application of the method of decision-making to be taken to promote the use of biofuels in the transport sector with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions in the Republic of Srpska and BiH. Besides of the theoretical dimension, this Dissertation presenting a estimate of emissions from mobile and stationary energy consumers on the territory of the Republic of Srpska and BiH, as well as energy efficiency measures that will affect in fuel savings, decrease of emissions of these ga...ses and protection of the environment. The methods of the IPCC and EMEP/CORINAIR were used for the calculation and analyzes, with incoming data on consumption and assessment of energy demand in the transport sector in the Republic of Srpska and BiH to year 2030, and their environmental impact.
