dc.description.abstractLjudski kapital, koji se odnosi na specifična znanja i veštine zaposlenih, predstavlja ključni faktor uspeha organizacija. U procesima akvizicija, učestaloj strategijskoj odluci organizacija u savremenim uslovima poslovanja, postizanje dobrih rezultata može biti otežano, budući da zaposleni teško prihvataju promene, pa se problemi povezani sa njihovim ponašanjem mogu pojaviti u bilo kojoj fazi procesa preuzimanja. Da bi se navedeno izbeglo, neizostavna funkcija u procesima akvizicija jeste upravljanje ljudskim resursima, koje treba strategijskim odlukama da omogući stvaranje jedinstvenog ljudskog kapitala kod organizacija koje su prošle kroz navedene promene, kako bi se na taj način mogle ostvariti dobre organizacione performanse. Osnovni cilj istraživanja disertacije je da se ispita uticaj koji akvizicije ostvaruju na promenu ljudskog kapitala, kao i kako takva promena utiče na organizacione performanse. Da bi rezultati omogućili stvaranje objektivnog i validnog naučnog saznanja, vremenski period analize obuhvata tri godine pre i tri godine nakon što su realizovane akvizicije. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da u post - akvizicionoj fazi dolazi do uvećanja ljudskog kapitala u organizacijama, ali i da takvo povećanje ostvaruje parcijalan statistički značajan uticaj na ostvarene organizacione performanse u post - akvizicionom periodu. Dodatno, rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je parcijalno značajniji uticaj ljudskog kapitala na ostvarene organizacione performanse u slučaju međunarodnih, u odnosu na domaće akvizicije.sr
dc.description.abstractHuman capital, which refers to the specific knowledge and skills of employees, is a key factor of organizational success. In acquisition processes, a frequent strategic decision of organizations in modern business conditions, achieving good results can be hard, since it can be problematic for employees to accept changes, so problems related to their behavior can occur at any stage of the takeover process. To avoid this, the indispensable function in acquisition processes is human resource management, which strategic decisions can enable the creation of a unique human capital in organizations that have undergone these changes, in order to achieve good organizational performance. The main goal of the research of the dissertation is to examine the impact that acquisitions have on the change of human capital, as well as how such a change affects organizational performance. In order for the results to enable the creation of objective and valid scientific knowledge, the time period of the analysis includes three years before and three years after the acquisitions were realized. The results of the research showed that in the post - acquisition phase there is an increase in human capital in organizations, but also that such an increase has a partial statistically significant impact on the organizational performance achieved in the post - acquisition period. In addition, the results of the research showed that the impact of human capital on the achieved organizational performance in the case of international acquisitions is partially more significant compared to domestic acquisitions.en
