Proračun podešenja i koordinacije relejne zaštite u distributivnim sistemima sa distribuiranim energetskim resursima zasnovanim na uređajima energetske elektronike

Abstract

U ovoj disertaciji je predstavljen unapređen metod za podešenje i koordinaciju relejne zaštite u mrežama sa velikim brojem distribuiranih energetskih resursa (DER) sa najmodernijim tehnologijama. Distributivne mreže više nisu pasivne, one postaju aktivni sistemi u kojima DER imaju svoj doprinos struji kratkog spoja koji ne može da se zanemari. Proračuni režima sa kvarom su jedan od osnovnih energeteski proračuna koji se koriste za dimenzionisanje i proveru kapaciteta prekidačke opreme kao i za proračune podešenja i koordinaciju relejne zaštite. Proračun podešenja relejne zaštite je zasnovan na proračunu kratkih spojeva uz uvažavanje tačnih modela DER u režimima sa kratkim spojem. S obzirom na to, tradicionalni proračuni koji su bazirani na principima pasivnih mreža više nisu primenjivi Predloženi metod se pokazao izuzetno brzim i pogodnim za “on-line mode” distributivnog menadžment sistema. Numerički rezultati na primeru jedne realne distributivne mreže jasno prikazuju prednost predloženog metoda u odnosu na postojeće metode za proračune podešenja i koordinaciju relejne zaštite distributtivnih mreža.

In this dissertation, a novel method for relay protection setting and coordination in distribution networks with a large number of distributed energy resources (DER) is proposed. Distribution networks are no longer passive, they have become active systems where DER contribution to the short-circuit current cannot be neglected. Fault state calculation is one of the fundamental calculations used for sizing and checking the capacity of switching equipment as well as for relay protection setting and coordination analysis. The relay setting and coordination is based on the calculation of short circuits taking into account the correct DER models in a case of short-circuit. Thus, traditional calculations based on the principles of passive networks are no longer applicable. The proposed method proved to be extremely fast and suitable for the "online mode" of the distribution management system. The numerical results on the example of one real distribution network clearly show the advantage of the proposed method in relation to the existing, traditional methods for relay protection settings and coordination in distribution networks.
