Abstract
Jonska hromatografija (IC) i danas predstavlja vodeću tehniku u analizi kako neorganskih anjona i katjona tako i u analizi organskih kiselina male molekulske mase. Velika selektivnost i izuzetno niski detekcioni limiti za sve analizirane parametre, čine ovu tehniku nezaobilaznom u svim oblastima istraživanja, pogotovo u ispitivanjima uzoraka životne sredine.
Ion chromatography (IC) is still the leading technique in analyzing inorganic anion, cation, and low molecular weight (LMV) organic acids. High selectivity and low detection limits for all parameters analyzed make this technique unavoidable in all research fields, particularly in testing environmental samples. Intensive industrialization and urbanization of modern society lead to a growing need for monitoring the state of the environment, and therefore for increasing demand for the use of ion chromatography. The equilibria, which play a major role in ion chromatography, can be varied as a function of the nature of the analyte, stationary phase and eluent. Therefore, the application of chemometric methods in chromatographic separations has become an indispensable part of the modern analytical process...
