Abstract
Osnovni cilj doktorske disertacije je istraživanje mogućnosti primene elektrohemijske oksidacije kao tehnike za dekontaminaciju otpadnih voda zagađenih fenolnim jedinjenjima korišćenjem novog anodnog materijala na bazi nanokompozita olovo dioksid-grafen (PbO2-GNR). Kristalna struktura, morfologija i sastav sintetisanog materijala su određeni tehnikama rendgenske difraktometrije praha (XRPD), skenirajuće i transmisaone elektronske mikroskopije i energetski disperzivne rendgenske spektroskopije (FESEM-EDX). Efikasnost uklanjanja fenolnih jedinjenja povećava se sa povećanjem vremena elektrolize i primenjenog potencijala (do 78 % tokom 60 minuta na potencijalu od 3 V). Novi sintetisani anodni materijal PbO2-GNR može se uspešno primeniti u prečišćavanju otpadnih voda zagađenih fenolnim jedinjenjima postupkom anodne oksidacije.
A novel anode based on PbO2-GNR nanocomposites was synthesized in order to investigate the electrochemical treatment for decontamination of phenolic compounds in wastewater. The crystal structure, morphology and composition of the synthesized materials were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), field emission scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (FESEM-EDX) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Removal efficiency of phenolic compounds increased with increasing the time of electrolysis and applied potential, up to 78 % for 60 min and potential of 3 V. Newly synthesized PbO2-GNR as electrode material could be successfully implemented in wastewater treatment of phenolic compounds by the anode oxidation process.
