dc.description.abstractPrekogranični sliv rijeke Cijevne dijele Albanija i Crna Gora. Sliv ima površinu od 695,4 km2. Izuzetno je važan za upravljanje vodama, a od posebne važnosti za Crnu Goru koja je nizvodna država. Zbog velike propustljivosti karstnih izdani, koje su veoma zastupljene u slivu rijeke, Cijevna u ljetnim mjesecima ponire u cijeloj dužini svog nizvodnog dijela korita u Crnoj Gori, a obično potpuno presušuje u zoni ušća u Moraču. Hidrometrija rađena tokom sušnog perioda duž rijeke u Zetskoj ravnici identifikovala su najpropusnije zone, dok gubitak između sekcija varira između 0,137 m3/s/km' i 0,765 m3/s/km'. Procjena ranjivosti akvifera sprovedena je primjenom i EPIK i DRASTIC metoda. Identifikovanje najpropusnijih i najugroženijih zona u slivu pomoglo je u početnom dizajnu zajedničke mreže za osmatranje podzemnih voda za Crnu Goru i Albaniju. Monitoring voda bi se trebao sastojati od 21 osmatračke tačke, automatske hidrološke stanice na rijeci, i odabranih izvora na kojima bi se registrovali podaci preko instaliranih pijezometara. Završetkom sistema daljinskog prenosa podataka i primjenom mehanizma za razmjenu podataka u stvarnom vremenu, obezbijediće se prvi takve vrste u „klasičnom“ Dinarskom kraškom regionu, što će predstavljati i rezultat dijaloga između država i odlučnosti u očuvanju podzemnih vodnij resursa.sr
dc.description.abstractThe transboundary Cijevna River Basin shared between Albania and Montenegro has a surface area of 695,4 km2. It is extremely important for water management, especially in the country of Montenegro which is downstream. Due to the high permeability of both the karst and intergranular aquifers that exist in the basin, the River Cijevna sinks along the length of its riverbed and in summer months it usually dries up completely at the confluence section. Hydrometry surveys undertaken during a drought period have identified the most permeable zones along the river, while the loss between sections varies between 0.137 and 0.765 m3/s/km’. An aquifer vulnerability assessment has been conducted through the implementation of both the EPIK and DRASTIC methods. The aquifer vulnerability assessment was conducted using both EPIK and DRASTIC methods. Identifying the most permeable and endangered zones in the basin helped in the initial design of a joint groundwater monitoring network for Montenegro and Albania. Water monitoring should consist of 21 monitoring points, an automatic hydrological station on the river, and selected sources to record data through installed piezometers. The termination of the long-distance data transmission system and the implementation of a real-time data exchange mechanism will provide the first system of its kind in the "classic" Dinaric Karst region. Real time data exchange will implementation will be result of dialog between countries and their dedication on groundwater protection.en
