dc.description.abstractRasprostranjenost korovskog suncokreta Helianthus annuus na teritoriji Republike Srbije praćena je tokom više godina pri čemu je evidentirano 200 lokaliteta sa populacijama pomenute vrste. Na osnovu terenskih zapisa izrađena je UTM mapa rasprostranjenosti korovskog suncokreta. Najveće populacije ove forme suncokreta (njih 17), analizirane su na nivou fenotipa- morfološki pri čemu je praćeno 13 kvantitativnih i 12 kvalitativnih parametara. Takođe, pored korovskog suncokreta analizirano je i pet hibrida gajenog suncokreta i tri populacije vrste H. tuberosus. Fenotipske ocene obavljene su uz pomoć deskriptora posebno prilagođenih za vrste roda Helianthus. Tokom dvogodišnjih ogleda na otvorenom polju praćena je spontana hibridizacija tj. slobodna oplodnja između hibrida Sumo 1 PR, odnosno Rimi (tolerantnih na herbicide ALS inhibitore) i ostalih formi suncokreta: osetljivog hibrida, samoniklog suncokreta i korovskog suncokreta. Sa biljaka osetljivog hibrida, samoniklog i korovskog suncokreta na različitim udaljenostima od potencijalnog donora gena (toleratnog hibrida) prikupljeno je seme u cilju testiranja osetljivosti njihovog potomstva na herbicide. U trećoj godini je potomstvo iz dvogodišnjih ogleda slobodne oplodnje tretirano odgovarajućim herbicidima (a.m. imazamoks i tribenuron-metil). Molekularna analiza sekvence AHAS gena imala je za cilj praćenje mutacije koja izaziva tolerantnost, odnosno rezistentnost kod potomstva iz slobodne oplodnje različitih formi suncokreta sa tolerantnim hibridima. Dobijeni rezultati ukazali su da se korovski suncokret dominantno javljao na neobradivim površinama, dok je na određenim lokalitetima bio prisutan i u usevima. Najveće populacije korovskog suncokreta evidentirane su na lokalitetima Padinska Skela, Zbeg i Surčin (potez Galovica). Brojnost biljaka korovskog suncokreta u okviru analiziranih populacija kretala se od 0,75 do 10 biljaka/m2 dok su se u okviru velikih populacija neretko sretale oaze sa izuzetno visokom brojnošću po jedinicici površine (20-30 biljaka/m2). Dobijeni rezultati na osnovu fenotipske ocene ukazali su na jako izraženu intra i inter- populacionu varijabilnost među analiziranim populacijama korovskog suncokreta. Sa druge strane, među analiziranim hibridima gajenog suncokreta i populacijama vrste H. tuberosus varijabilnost praćenih parametara bila je znatno niža. Broj glavica po biljci, visina biljaka i parametri glavice (dužina i širina jezičastih cvetova, odnosno dužina i širina brakteja) su značajno uticali na razdvajanje proučavanih genotipova primenom analize glavnih komponenti (PCA). Hijerarhijskom klaster analizom jasno je izdvojen klaster visoke stabilnosti koji je obuhvatao hibride gajenog suncokreta, zatim klaster sa populacijama korovskog suncokreta jačeg fitnesa i treći klaster, nešto niže stabilnosti, koji je obuhvatao biljke vrste H. tuberosus i populacije korovskog suncokreta slabijeg fitnesa. Klijavost potomstva dobijenog iz ogleda slobodne oplodnje bila je različita na nivou analiziranih godina i genotipova, pri čemu je najnižu klijavost ispoljilo potomstvo korovskog, zatim samoniklog i osetljivog hibrida suncokreta...sr
dc.description.abstractRepublic of Serbia was monitored over a span of several years, during which time 200 localities were recorded containing the species’ populations. Based on the on-site records a UTM map of the distribution of the weedy sunflower was drawn up. The largest populations of this form of sunflower (17 of them) were analyzed on the phenotype level, monitoring 13 quantitative and 12 qualitative parameters. Also, besides the weedy sunflower, five hybrids of the cultivated sunflower and three populations of the H. tuberosus were analyzed. The phenotype evaluations were performed based on the descriptors especially adapted for the genus Helianthus. Over the two-year-long experiment in open field, spontaneous hybridization i. e. free pollination between the Sumo 1 PR hybrid, i.e. Rimi (tolerant of ALS inhibitor herbicides) and other forms of sunflower: a susceptible hybrid, volunteer plants and weedy sunflower plants, was monitored. Seeds were collected from the susceptible hybrid, volunteer plants and weedy sunflower, at different distances from the potential gene donor (the tolerant hybrid), in order to test their progeny’s sensitivity to herbicides. In the third year the progeny of the two-year experiment was treated with the relevant herbicides (imazamox and tribenuron methyl). The molecular analysis of the AHAS gene sequence had a goal to monitor the mutation which causes the tolerance or the resistance of the progeny coming from spontaneous hybridization of the different forms of sunflower with the tolerant hybrids. The results indicated that the weedy sunflower predominantly appeared on non-arable areas while at certain sites it was also present among the crops. The largest populations of the weedy sunflower were recorded on the sites of Padinska Skela, Zbeg and Surčin (area Galovica). The number of plants of the weedy sunflower within analyzed populations was from 0,75 to 10 plants per square meter, whereas within large populations there were often oases with very high infestation (20 to 30 plants per square meter). The results coming from the phenotype evaluation indicated a strong intra- and inter-population variability among the analyzed populations of the weedy sunflower. On the other hand, among the analyzed hybrids of the cultivated sunflower and the populations of the H. tuberosus species the variability of the monitored parameters was significantly lower. The number of heads per plant, plant height and the head parameters (the length and width of the ray flowers, i.e. the length and width of the bracts) significantly influenced the separation of the observed genotypes by the application of the principal components analysis (PCA). By the hierarchical cluster analysis a high stability cluster was clearly distinguished, and it included the cultivated sunflower hybrids, then there were the weedy sunflower populations cluster with higher fitness level and the third cluster, of lower stability, including H. tuberosus species plants and the weedy sunflower populations of lower fitness level. The germination rates of the progeny which resulted from the spontaneous hybridization experiment were different on the level of analyzed years and genotypes, where the lowest germination rate was of the progeny of weedy sunflower, then the voluneer plants and the susceptible hybrid sunflower...en
