| dc.description | REZIME: Jedan od osnovnih zadataka za menadžere preduzeća, koja posluju u savremenom okruženju, odnosi se na efektivno upravljanje performansama poslovnih procesa. Iz tog razloga, u ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji predstavljen je nov matematički model koji omogućava menadžerima preduzeća evaluaciju performansi poslovnih procesa i poređenje njihovog preduzeća sa najboljim. Ovaj matematički model zasnovan je na pravilima fazi algebre i intuitivnim fazi skupovima, što omogućava pogodan način za modeliranje posmatranog realnog problema u kome postoje određene neizvesnosti i nepreciznosti. Na osnovu predloženog matematičkog modela kreirano je softversko rešenje koje omogućava jednostavno i brzo unošenje neophodnih podataka, izračunavanje određenih veličina i prikaz dobijenih rezultata. Ciljna grupa istraživanja u ovoj disertaciji su mala i srednja proizvodna preduzeća, jer ona predstavljaju značajan segment srpske privrede. Testiranje i verifikacija matematičkog modela, odnosno softverskog rešenja, izvršeno je primenom podataka iz 30 malih i srednjih proizvodnih preduzeća koja posluju u Centralnoj Srbiji. Ova preduzeća su sertifikovana po zahtevima standarda ISO 9001, čime je obezbeđeno upravljanje poslovnim procesima u preduzeću. Takođe, u disertaciji je pokazano i postojanje međusobne analitičke zavisnosti između posmatranih poslovnih procesa, što takođe može pomoći menadžerima preduzeća u donošenju odgovarajućih strategija upravljanja kojima se postiže poboljšanje poslovnih procesa. | sr |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: One of the basic tasks for managers of enterprises, operating in a contemporary environment, is to effectively manage the performance of business processes. For that reason, this doctoral dissertation presents a new mathematical model which enables business managers to evaluate the performance of business processes and compare their enterprise with the best. This mathematical model is based on the rules of fuzzy algebra and intuitive fuzzy sets, which provides a convenient way to model the observed real problem in which exist uncertainties and imprecisions. Based on the proposed mathematical model, a software solution was created, that allows simple and fast input of necessary data, calculation and presentation of the obtained results. The target group of research, in this dissertation, are small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, as they represent a significant segment of the Serbian economy. Testing and verification of the mathematical model and the software solution was performed using data from 30 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises operating in Central Serbia. These companies are certified according to the requirements of ISO 9001, which ensures the management of business processes in the enterprises. Also, the dissertation demonstrates the existence of analytical dependences between the observed business processes, which can also help the managers of the enterprises in making appropriate management strategies that achieve the improvement of business processes. | en |
