Digitalna transformacija poslovanja i njene bezbednosne implikacije

Abstract

U novije vreme, pod pritiskom ubrzanih, široko disperzovanih i diverzifikovanih digitalnih inovacija kao generatora sveopšteg društvenog i privrednog razvoja, dve recentne pojave, procesa i fenomena: digitalna transformacija poslovanja i sajber bezbednost izazivaju veliko interesovanje i to ne samo poslovnih i političkih krugova, već i naučno-istraživačkog sektora. Nezavisno od toga što su proizašli iz različitih izvora, njihov zajednički vremenski kontekst jasno implicira stav da su ovi procesi međusobno uslovljeni, da jedan drugi prožimaju i da njihovi izazovi deluju podudarno i da imaju konvergentan smisao. Prema problemskom i razvojnom zahvatu, ti izazovi su veoma slični, kao i po svojim diskurzivnim formacijama. Mada nastupaju iz različitih, a ponekad i veoma sličnih i graničnih disciplinarnih područja - jedan iz oblasti informatičkih, a drugi iz bezbednosnih sfera, oni u tematskom smislu imaju izukrštan referentni okvir i najčešće upućuju na potrebu sinergetskog delovanja koje svoju rezultantnu uspostavlja u domenu ekonomije. Na osnovu vizuelizacije potpuno merljivih performansi i algoritama, digitalna tehnologija je poslednjih godina dramatično promenila i nastavlja da ubrzanim tempom redizajnira način poslovanja, obrazovanja, zabave, javnog sektora, kao i drugih društvenih segmenata. Konfiguracija i obim promena, uz neizbežnu disrupciju odvijaju se na tri nivoa: individualnom, organizacionom i društvenom.

More recently, under the pressure of accelerated, widely dispersed and diversified digital innovations as generators of overall social and economic development, two recent phenomena of processes: Digital Transformation of Business and Cyber Security cause great interest, not only in business and political circles, but also within the scientific and research sector. Regardless of the fact that they came from different sources, their common time context clearly implies that these processes are mutually conditioned, that each other is intermingled and that their challenges act coincidentally and have a convergent meaning. According to the problem and its development, these challenges are very similar, as well as in their discursive formations. Although they come from different and sometimes very similar and boundary disciplinary areas - one in the field of informatics, and the other in the security spheres - they have in the thematic sense a fractured reference frame and most often point to the need for synergetic action that establishes its resultant in the domain of economy. Based on the visualization of fully measurable performance and algorithms, digital technology has dramatically changed in recent years and continues to accelerate the pace of redesigning business, education, entertainment, the public sector, and other social segments. Configuration and scope of changes, along with inevitable disruption, take place at three levels: individual, organizational and social.
