Abstract
Vrednosti parametara koji utiču na kapacitet kružnih raskrsnica su u postojećim priručnicima za proračun kapaciteta kružnih raskrsnica date kao preporuka. Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) predlaže merenje ovih parametara u lokalnim uslovima kako bi se dobile njihove realne vrednosti. U disertaciji je urađena analiza prihvaćenih vrednosti kritičnih intervala sleđenja i vremena sleđenja za rezidentne i nerezidentne vozače, a na osnovu izvršenih lokalnih merenja, kojima je potvrđeno da karakteristike, ponašanja i običaji vozača mogu značajno uticati na kapacitet kružnih raskrsnica. Na osnovu tako dobijenih rezultata definisan je model za proračun kapaciteta prioritetnih kružnih raskrsnica u zavisnosti od stepenaza stupljenosti nerezidentnih vozača u saobraćajnom toku.
The values of parameters affecting the capacity of roundabouts are given as a recommendation in the existing manuals for evaluating the capacity of roundabouts. The Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) suggests measuring these parameters in local conditions to obtain their real values. In the doctoral thesis, an analysis of the accepted values of the critical headways and follow-up headways for resident and non-resident drivers has been carried out on the basis of local measurements that have shown that driver characteristics, behaviour and habits can significantly influence the roundabout capacity. Based on the results thus obtained, the model for the evaluation of the capacity of priority roundabouts has been defined, depending on the degree of the presence of non-resident drivers in the traffic flow.
