Predmet istraživanja je primena okvira i standarda kompetencija u procesima učenja i razvoja zaposlenih. Cilj istraživanja je razvoj primenjivog pristupa procene potreba za kompetencijama zaposlenih, upotrebom: generičkog okvira kompetencija i poznatog standarda kompetencija (zanimanja) u oblasti menadžmenta i liderstva. Procena potreba za kompetencijama treba da specificira koje kompetencije je potrebno razviti u procesu učenja u organizaciji. U okviru istraživanja razvijen je nov pristup analize potreba za kompetencijama primenom bihevioralne matrice dobijene analizom sadržaja standarda kompetencija (zanimanja) i merenjem učestalosti indikatora ponašanja.
The research subject of the thesis is the application of the competency frameworks and occupational standards in the process of learning and development of employees. The aim of the research is the development of an applicable approach for competency needs assessment of employees by applying a generic competency framework and internationally recognized occupational standards in the field of leadership and management. The competency needs assessment should specify which competencies need to be developed in the learning process in the organization. Within this research, a new approach to analyzing the needs for competencies was developed by using a behavioral matrix obtained by analyzing the content of the competence (occupational) standard and frequency of behavior.
