dc.description.abstractPredmet istraživanja doktorske disertacije je tektonska evolucija područja planine Jastrebac u centralnoj Srbiji, gde višefazna tektonska aktivnost od mezozoika do danas komplikuje rekonstrukciju strukturnih odnosa i geološke evolucije ovog prostora. Kompleksna višefazna evolucija planine Jastrebac u Srbiji je demonstrirana kombinovanjem kinematskih podataka prikupljenih na terenu i mikrostrukturnih opservacija sa dodatnim termohronološkim podacima “fission track” i podacima odredbe starosti metodom U-Pb na cirkonima. Gornjokredna ekshumacija bila je praćena gornjokredno-eocenskim navlačenjem i magmatizmom vezanim za kontinentalnu koliziju, pri čemu je akreciona prizma, koja sadrži turbidite iz dubokomorskog rova, ušla u sastav novoformirane suture. Za razliku od sličnih struktura u drugim oblastima istog strukturnog položaja, ova zona suture je bila naknadno reaktivirana i ekshumirana duž miocenskog ekstenzionog detačmenta, koji je u području Jastrepca egzistirao duže. Litološki i strukturni podaci prikupljeni iz kompleksa niskometamorfisanih stena Velikog Jastrepca poslužili su za korelaciju sa njihovim nemetamorfisanim ekvivalentima. Na taj način, paleogeografski afiniteti jedinica, koje izgrađuju područje Jastrepca, definisani su prisustvom tri različite krupne tektonske jedinice, koje su delom bile uvučene u subdukcionu zonu gde su stenski sadržaji promenjeni u uslovima facije zelenih škriljaca tokom subdukcije Neotetisa, a zatim ekshumirani kasnijom ekstenzijom tokom miocena. Generalno, pravci tektonskog transporta pokazuju značajne razlike na kratkim rastojanjima duž pružanja glavnih struktura, vezanih za ekstenzione zone situirane blizu pola rotacije kontrolisane ekstenzijom. Ove razlike su posledica kasnofazne migracije i smanjenja intenziteta ekstenzije u pravcu povlatnih struktura.sr
dc.description.abstractSubject of this doctoral thesis is tectonical evolution of the Jastrebac Mountains area located in the Central Serbia, where the multi-phase tectonical activity from the Mesozoik up to date complicates a reconstruction of the structural relations and geological evolution of this area. This complex poly-phase evolution in the key area of the Jastrebac Mountains is demonstrated by combining kinematic data obtained from field and micro-structural observations assisted with fission track thermochronological analysis and U-Pb zircon dating. A Late Cretaceous exhumation was followed by latest Cretaceous – Eocene thrusting and magmatism related to a continental collision that sutured the accretionary wedge containing contractional trench turbidites. When compared with similar structures situated elsewhere in the same structural position, this suture zone was subsequently reactivated and exhumed by a newly observed Miocene extensional detachment that lasted longer in the Jastrebac Mountains. Lithological and structural data collected from low metamorphosed rocks of Veliki Jastrebac are used for corelation with their nonmetamorphosed equivalents. On that way, paleogeographic affinity of units that build area of Jastrebac Mountains is defined by the presence of three different tectonical units which were subducted and where rocks were metamorphosed under the condition of greenschist facies during the subduction of Neotetis and subsequently exhumed during Miocene. In general, directions of tectonic transport show significant differences in short distances across the strike of major structures related to extensional zones situated near the pole of extensional-driven rotation. These differences favour late stage truncations and migration of extension in a hanging-wall direction.en
