Temperature increase of photovoltaic cells above 25 C, causes a decrease in its output power. That is why it is absolutely necessary to measure this temperature accurately. Unfortunately, there are no many materials dealing with this problem in the existing literature. The main goal of this doctoral dissertation is increase of temperature measurement accuracy of photovoltaic modules.
