Abstract
Prednja ukrštena veza kolena (LCA) je jedna od najčešće istraživanih struktura lokomotornog sistema i nastavlja da stimuliše nove debate i izazove među istraživačima i hirurzima.Učestalost povreda te veze i dosadašnje primene raznih načina lečenja među kojima se sve više pridaje značaja rekonstrukciji ove veze kao i podataka da 10-30% pacijenata navodi tegobe nakon toga, u smislu bolova i nestabilnosti, dovodi nas do toga da krajnji cilj približavanja anatomskoj rekonstrukciji ,što je ključ uspeha, i dalje ostaje. Mikromorfološko ispitivanje topografskih osobina LCA i mernih karakteristika srednje arterije kolena i njenih grana, omogućilo bi da se precizno definišu vaskularne teritorije prednje ukrštene veze. Detaljno poznavanje karakteristika periligamentozne i subsinovijalne arterijske mreža prednje ukrštene veze, kao i karakteristike strukture same veze i njenih pripoja može da bude osnova razumevanja mesta rupture LCA i uspešnog hirurškog rešavanja povreda LCA i bazična podrška u r...ekonstruktivnoj hirurgiji ove strukture korišćenjem jednostrukog tetivnog grafta. Ciljevi: (I) Precizno registrovanje mikroanatomskih karakteristika a. genus mediae (MGA) i njenih grana, ekstrakapsularnih, intrakapsularnih i intraligamentoznih. Mikromorfološko ispitivanje topografskih (položaj, odnosi, tipovi grananja, područje vaskularizacije i anastomoze) i mernih karakteristika srednje arterije kolena (dužina i prečnik) i njenih grana. (II) Određivanje topografski karakteristike femoralnog i tibijalnog pripoja LCA na koštanim delovima kao i proksimalne, srednje i distalne trećine ligamenta sa posebnim osvrtom na zone vaskularizacije LCA. (III) Analiza slučajeva rupture LCA definisaće mesta najčešćeg oštećenja ove veze. Poređenjem ovog parametra sa mikromorfološkim karakteristikama strukture odgovarajućeg segmenta ligamenta ispitaćemo njihovu moguću povezanost.(IV) Analiza rezultata nakon rekonstrukcije LCA definisaće potencijalno najprihvatljiviji način rekonstrukcije ove veze...

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the most widely investigated structures of the locomotor system and continues to stimulate new debates and challenges among researchers and surgeons. The frequency of injuries to this relationship and the past applications of various treatments, among which are increasingly attributed to the reconstruction of this link as well as the data that 10-30% of patients report problems after that, in terms of pain and instability, leads us to the fact that the ultimate goal of approaching anatomical reconstruction, which is the key to success, remains. A micromorphological examination of the topographic properties of ACL and measurements of the middle artery of the knee and its branches would allow precisely defining the vascular territories of the front crossed link. A detailed knowledge of the characteristics of the periligamentous and subsonic arterial network of the front crossed link, as well as the characteristics of the structure of the con...nection itself and its attachment can be the basis for understanding the site of the rupture of ACL and the successful surgical treatment of ACL injuries and basic support in the reconstructive surgery of this structure using a single tendon graft.
