Cilj. Ova studija imala je za cilj da se
proceni uticaj različitih vrsta fizičke
aktivnosti na redoks status ronioca,
ispitivanjem oksidacionih i
antioksidativnih parametra neposredno
pre i posle različitih vrsta fizičkog
opterećenja.
Metode. Studijom je obuhvaćeno 37
profesionalnih policijskih ronilaca.
Svi ispitanici su bili muškarci,
starosti 32 ± 5.1 godina, dobro obučeni, sa
ronilačima iskustvom od najmanje pet do
maksimalno 20 godina. Studija je podeljena
u tri eksperimentalne protokole: 1) test
opterećenja na atmosferskom pritisku, 2)
zaron u moru (30 metara za 30 minuta), i 3)
ronjenje u rečnoj struji (10 metara, 30
minuta). Neposredno pre i posle testa
opterećenja ronilaca na atmosferskog
pritiska i neposredno pre i posle ronjenja,
uzeti su uzorci krvi kako bi se utvrdilo
vrednosti oksidacionih markera: O2-, H2O2,
NO2- i TBARS, kao i antioksidativna
enzima (SOD i CAT). Biohemijskih
parametari mereni su
spektrofotometrijski.
Rezultati. Upoređivanjem re...zultata pre i
nakon testa opterećenja ronilaca na
atmosferskom pritisku ne postoji
statistički zanačajna razlika u
vrednostima za TBARS, O2- , NO2- i H2O2
kao i za CAT i za SOD. Upoređivanjem
rezultata pre i nakon zarona na 30 metara
30 minuta postoji visoko statistički
zanačajna razlika u vrednostima za TBARS
i NO2- .Upoređivanjem rezultata pre i
nakon zarona na 10 metara 10 minuta u
rečnoj struji ne postoji statistički
zanačajna razlika u vrednostima za TBARS,
O2- , NO2- i H2O2 ,CAT i SOD.
Upoređivanjem rezultata pre i posle
fizičke aktivnosti u sva tri protokola za
TBARS, SOD i CAT nije bilo statistički
značajnih razlika u vrednostima, a postoji
visoka statistički zanačajna razlika u
vrednostima za NO2-, O2- i H2O2.
Zaključak. Rezultati su najverovatnije
posledica spoljnih faktora: učestalost
treninga, učestalost zarona, ishrana i
drugih, kao i perioda kada su vršena
istraživanja.
Objective. This study was aimed to assess the
influence of different types of physical activity
on redox status of scuba divers testing the proand
anti-oxidative parameters immediately
before and after the different types of physical
load.
Methods. The prevalence study included 37
professional police divers. All examinees were
male, 32 ± 5.1 years old, well trained, with
diving experience of a minimum of five to a
maximum of 20 years. The study was divided
into three experimental protocols: 1) exercise
test (on atmospheric pressure), 2) at sea dive
(30 meters for 30 minutes), and 3) dive into the
river current (10 meters for 30 minutes).
Immediately before and after the test load of
divers at atmospheric pressure and
immediately before and after the dive, blood
samples were taken in order to determine
values of pro-oxidant markers: O2-, H2O2, NO2-
and TBARS, as well as antioxidant enzymes
(SOD and CAT). Biochemical parameters were
measured spectrophotometrically.
...
Results. By comparing the results before and
after exercise test (on atmospheric pressure),
no significant statistical differences in the
values of TBARS, NO2-, O2-, H2O2, CAT and
SOD. By comparing the results before and
after , at sea dive (30 meters for 30 minutes)
statistically high significant differences appear
in values for TBARS and NO2-. By comparing
the results before and after , dive into the river
current (10 meters for 30 minutes) no
significant statistical differences in the values
of TBARS, NO2-, O2-, H2O2, CAT and SOD.
By comparing the results before and after
physical activity in all three protocols,
statistically high significant differences appear
in values for NO2-, O2-, H2O2 and CAT.
Conclusion. It can be concluded that the values
of all oxidative stress markers depends on the
season of the year when the research was
carried out, or on the frequency of dives and
physical exertion in this period of the year.
