The influence of conventional, integrated and organic farming systems on productivity, quality and biological value of potato

U trogodišnjem periodu (2013-2015. godina) na području severne Bosne
(region Lijevče polja na lokalitetu u ataru sela Laminci, KO Gradiška) na zemljištu tipa
aluvijum ispitivan je uticaj konvencionalnog, integralnog i organskog sistema gajenja i
odabranog sortimenta na produktivnost, kvalitet i biološku vrednost krompira.
U cilju rešavanja postavljenog zadatka ogled je izveden kao dvofaktorijalni u
split-plot sistemu u četiri ponavljanja, sadnjom semenskih krtola sledećih sorti
krompira: Marabel, Jelly, Red Fantasy i Laura.
Najveći broj primarnih nadzemnih izdanaka po biljci u trogodišnjem proseku
posmatrano po ispitivanim sistemima gajenja ustanovljen je kod konvencionalnog
sistema gajenja 4,20, zatim nešto manji kod integralnog 4,04, dok je najmanji broj PNI
po biljci konstatovana u organskom sistemu gajenja 3,73.
Prema očekivanju, najveći broj krtola po biljci utvrđen je konvencionalnom
sistemu gajenja - 16,53, zatim u integralnom sistemu gajenja - 15,79, dok je najmanji...
broj krtola po biljci ustanovljen u organskom sistemu gajenja - 12,64. Broj krtola po
biljci u trogodišnjem proseku varirao je u uskom intervalu po ispitivanim sistemina
gajenja.
Između ispitivanih sistema gajenja utvrđene su vrlo značajne razlike u prinosu
sitnih krtola. Posmatrano po sistemima gajenja najveći prinos sitnih krtola u
trogodišnjem proseku ustanovljen je u konvencionalnom sistemu - 4,79 t ha־¹, zatim u
integralnom - 4,57 t ha־¹, dok je najmanji konstatovan u organskom sistemu gajenja -
3,71 t ha־¹.
Kao što je i očekivano u sve tri godine ispitivanja najmanji prinos tržišnih krtola
konstatovan je u organskom sistemu gajenja, dok je najveći prinos tržišnih krtola
ostvaren u konvencionalnom sistemu gajenja. Posmatrano po sistemima gajenja najveći
prinos tržišnih krtola u trogodišnjem proseku ustanovljen je u konvencionalnom sistemu
- 54,04 t ha־¹, zatim u integralnom - 51,45 t ha־¹, dok je najmanji prinos tržišnih krtola
konstatovan u organskom sistemu gajenja - 36,46 t ha־¹...
In the three-year period (2013-2015 years) at the area of northern
Bosnia (region of Lijevče polje, location near village of Laminci, Gradiska KO) the
influence of conventional, integrated and organic growing systems on productivity,
quality and, biological value of potatoes was investigated for the choosen assortment on
the alluvium soil type.
In order to solve given goals, the experiment was conducted as two factorial in a
split-plot design with four replications, by the planting of the seed tubers for following
varieties: Marabel, Jelly, Red Fantasy and Laura.
The largest number of above ground stems per plant in three-year average by the
studied systems observed, was growing up whitin conventional farming systems 4.20,
then slightly less in the integral-one 4.04, while the lowest number of stems per plant
was measured in an organic cropping system 3.73.
As it was expected, the largest number of tubers per plant was determined by
conventional farming system - 16.53, fol...lowed by the integrated cropping system -
15.79, while the lowest number of tubers per plant was established in the organic
farming system - 12.64. Number of tubers per plant in three-year average fluctuated in a
narrow interval among tested growing system of cultivation.
Highly significant differences in the yield of small tubers were found between
tested farming systems. Looking among tested farming systems, the highest yield of
small tubers in the three-year average was established in the conventional system - 4.79
t ha־¹, then integrated - 4.57 t ha־¹, while the lowest yield was obtained in organic
cropping system - 3.71 t ha־¹.
As it was expected, in all three years of investigation, the lowest yield of
marketable tubers was found in the organic farming system, while the highest yield of
marketable tubers was achieved in conventional system.The highest yield of marketable
