Чешко-моравска епархија Српске Православне Цркве 1921-1942. године: историјско-канонско гледиште на оснивање, решавање јурисдикцијског питања и устројство

Abstract

Историја Чешко-моравске епархије Српске Православне Цркве у периоду од 1921. до 1942. године јесте јединствена, бурна и поучна историја једне епархије Српске Цркве. Након исцрпног истраживања, у овом раду је приказана историја оснивања ове епархије кроз Чехословачку Цркву, која је настала одвајањем од Рима дела римокатоличке цркве у чешким земљама. То оснивање је приказано кроз задивљујуће моменте храбрости реформиста, кроз визију и истрајност клирика и верника ове епархије, али такође и кроз недоумице, изненађења и препреке које су све то пратиле. Изложен је потпуни увид (уз њихово детаљно тумачење) у одговоре Српске Православне Цркве на све те изазове који су се појавили приликом мисије оснивања Чешко-моравске епархије. У овом раду продубљена су постојећа, и изнета нова сазнања о утицају политичких чинилаца на историју Чешко-моравске епархије у међуратном периоду, а такође и у време окупације и Другог светског рата. Све изузетности оснивања и устројавања ове епархије упућивале су и на поглед на њену историју из перспективе канонског права. При томе, највише пажње је посвећено истраживању и тумачењу става Српске Православне Цркве поводом примања бивших чешких римокатоличких свештеника у Православље уз задржавање свештеничког чина, такође и дозволе истима да ступе у први брак после рукоположења, те питању сукоба Београда и Цариграда око права на јурисдикцију над Црквом у чешким земљама. Уз питање јурисдикције, провлаче се и многа питања из канонског права, првенствено по питању прекршаја клирика. Велика пажња је посвећена и устројству ове епархије, које се разликовало од осталих епархија Српске Цркве. Историја Чешко-моравске епархије је битна, при том до сада недовољно истражена, тема из историје Српске Православне Цркве и Православне Цркве у Чехословачкој. Зато је структура рада постављена тако да читалац лако прати историјски ток догађаја и канонска питања која том приликом искрсавају, увиђајући расветљена питања и постављене основе за даља истраживања. Рад пружа и ширу слику црквене историје у односу на Чешко-моравску епархију, обухватајући и историју Српске Православне Цркве, али и других аутокефалних Цркава, посебно многих православних заједница широм централне Европе. Иначе, за израду овог рада је коришћена до сада необјављена и неистражена архивска грађа из црквених и јавних архива у више држава, уз коришћење и објављених извора, те литературе и периодике тешко доступне српском истраживачу.

The history of the Czech-Moravian eparchy of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the period from 1921 to 1942 is a unique, turbulent and instructive history of an eparchy of the Serbian Church. After exhaustive research, this paper presents the history of the establishment of this eparchy through the Czechoslovak Church , which was created by the separation from Rome of the part of the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech lands. That establishment is shown through the amazing moments of courage of the reformists, through the vision and perseverance of the clergy and believers of this diocese, but also through the doubts, surprises and obstacles that accompanied it all. A complete insight (along with their detailed interpretation) into the responses of the Serbian Orthodox Church to all those challenges that arose during the mission of establishing the Czech-Moravian diocese was presented. In this paper, the existing and new knowledge about the influence of political factors on the history of the Czech-Moravian diocese in the interwar period, as well as during the occupation and the Second World War, were deepened. All the exceptionalities of the establishment and organization of this diocese pointed to a view of its history from the perspective of canon law. At the same time, the most attention is devoted to the research and interpretation of the position of the Serbian Orthodox Church regarding the reception of former Czech Roman Catholic priests into Orthodoxy while retaining their priestly rank, as well as the permission for them to enter into their first marriage after ordination, and the issue of the conflict between Belgrade and Constantinople regarding the right to jurisdiction over Church in the Czech lands. In addition to the issue of jurisdiction, many questions from canon law also arise, primarily regarding clerical offenses. Great attention was paid to the organization of this diocese, which differed from the others of the Serbian Church. The history of the Czech-Moravian Eparchy is an important, yet insufficiently researched, topic in the history of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Orthodox Church in Czechoslovakia. That is why the structure of the work is set so that the reader can easily follow the historical course of the events and the canonical questions that arise on that occasion, seeing the clarified questions and the laid foundations for further research. The work also provides a broader picture of church history in relation to the Czech-Moravian eparchy, including the history of the Serbian Orthodox Church, but also of other autocephalous Churches, especially many Orthodox communities throughout Central Europe. For the preparation of this work, unpublished and unexplored archival materials from church and public archives in several countries were used, along with the use of published sources, as well as literature and periodicals that are difficult for the Serbian researcher.
