Cilj ove disertacije jeste analiza organizacionih i individualnih faktora koji utiču na pojavu otpora organizacionim promenama. Rezultati ukazuju da postoji korelacija između datih faktora, te je na osnovu rezultata razvijen nov model razvoja ljudskog kapitala sa ciljem smanjenja otpora organizacionim promenama.
The main goal of this dissertation is to analyze organizational and individual factors that influence resistance to organizational change. The results show that there is a correlation of those factors, and based on the results, a new model of developing human capital developed with the goal to reduce resistance to organizational changes.
