dc.description.abstract | Doktorski umetnički projekat Ritam svih tih finih delova ima za cilj da istraži i predstavi smernice u dizajnu zvuka savremenog nemog filma. Kroz analizu reprezentativnih filmskih dela pokušao sam da ustanovim pravila i postupke koji neverbalnim zvukom uspevaju da ozvuče film u XXI veku i time održe pažnju publici naviknutoj na dijaloške filmove. Osvrnuo sam se i na dva kratkometražna igrana filma na kojima sam prethodno radio kao dizajner zvuka. Stečena saznanja sam potom primenio u stvaranju kratkometražnog dokumentarnog nemog filma, a u ovoj pisanoj eksplikaciji detaljno opisao proces pripreme, snimanja i postprodukcije filma. Konačno, nakon teorijskog istraživanja i praktičnog rada uspeo sam da u zaključku sastavim neku vrstu priručnika budućim stvaraocima, kako bih im pomogao u dizajnu zvuka nekog narednog savremenog nemog filma. U izradi doktorskog umetničkog projekta primenjeni su istorijski i eksperimentalni metodi umetničkog istraživanja, korišćena je štampana i elektronska literatura i, naravno, analizirani sati igranih i dokumentarnih filmova. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The main goal of my doctoral project, Ritam svih tih finih delova (The rhythm of all those delicate parts), is to explore and present the guidelines of a modern silent film sound design. By analyzing representative films, I tried to determine the norms and processes for creating a non-verbal film sound in the XXI century which can make audiences pay attention even though they are used to watching films with dialogue. I also leveraged my experience from the sound design work I did on two short fiction films. Subsequently, I used that knowledge to create a short silent documentary and documented every detail of the preparation, shooting and film post-production in this explication. Finally, after completing the theoretical research and practical work, I succeeded in composing a kind of handbook for future filmmakers, with the aim of helping them in designing sound of their own modern silent films. I used historical and experimental methods of artistic research, printed and electronic literature and, of course, analyzed hours of fiction and documentary films in writing this doctoral project. | en |
